When Marco and Lee arrest Sharon at the dance, Sam is stunned to learn about who Sharon really is. While she is being transported back to Genoa City, the news spreads like wildfire. Nick learns of Sharon's being alive when he gets a phone call from the detective working the case, while Phyllis gets the news from one of her many sources. When Adam learns of the news, he is happy not only that she is alive and well, but that he now has the proof to help clear her name. As Sharon is back in Genoa City, Nick asks Noah to go with in to the jail but Noah doesn't want to see Sharon. Meanwhile, wanting to get the scoop for Restless Style, Phyllis attempts to harass D.A. Walsh until he tells her what she wants to know. Unfortunately for her, he has her escorted out. As she is leaving, sehe gets her first look at Sharon. Walsh attempts to grill Sharon about Adam's involvement in her escape but she refuses to rat him out. When Nick shows up, the joy on his face shows loud and clear. As they are talking however, Sharon turns his joy into outright anger when she reveals that after she heard that she was pronounced dead, she decided to stay that way. Things, however, are different for Adam, who arrives and supports Sharon's choice to stay away. Nick leaves in a huff, not seeing Sam, who has arrived. When Sam tells Sharon he can't let her go from his life, Adam's joy turns to jealousy, especially seeing the sexual chemistry between the two of them. Feeling like a fool, Adam tosses the only proof in clearing Sharon's name into the river. Back at the jail, Sharon and Sam begin to talk but Victor's arrival puts the conversation on pause. Sharon is surprised when Sam tells her that he knows about Victor Newman. Victor, wanting to be involved, begins to question Sam but tones it down when he realizes that Sam truly cares about her. Later, Sharon calls Adam to explain about Sam. He listens as she tells him that it was Sam who helped her to move on with her life and start over again. Finally wanting to see his mother, Noah goes to the jail and they have a beautiful reunion together. Mother and son reconcile with one another. When Noah leaves, Sam comes back to see Sharon. She wants him to go back to New Mexico before she drags him down in all of her mess, but Sam refuses to leave her side, more than willing to support her. In the meantime, Victor plots to put an end to Adam's obession with Sharon and convinces Sam not to leave Sharon when she needs him the most: he's good for her. As for Adam, he visits Sharon and is crushed to learn that she saw him that day at the fair. When she questions the evidence that Noah and he were working on, a pissed Adam tells Sharon that they never found any evidence to help clear her name. The lies soon get back to Noah and he's angry that Adm would lie to his mother.

A Closer Look: Billy's Uphill Battle
A concerned Victoria convinces Billy to fight for Delia and helps him get ready for his custody case. When they arrive, Victoria assures her estranged husband that things will be alright and heads out. Things seem to take on a mild turn when Rafe plays fair and doesn't go for an attack against Chloe; however, when it's Billy's turn to take the stand, Chloe's lawyer isn't so kind and rips into him. Thinking that they lost, Billy is surprised when Victoria comes to testify that Billy is nothing but a wonderful father to Delia. After hearing her testimony, the judge heads into chambers to make their decision. Meanwhile, as everyone awaits the verdict, Victor, wanting to get even with Billy, sets a chain reaction of disaster, when he hires a hooker to lure Billy. Victoria, not realizing that Victor had a hand in stirring up trouble for Billy, becomes disgusted at the behavior that Billy has been displaying.

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — "The Young and the Restless" Episode Recap – Friday, July 8, 2011.

    IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Phyllis was working at Restless Style when Jack showed up. He was curious to know what she was doing back at the magazine and she told him that Nick hired him back. Jack congratulated her and she did the same for him in getting his CEO position with Jabot. Jack rubbed her the wrong way however, when he made a comment on how Nick and she would wind up back together. Phyllis said that was never going to happen.

The visits kept on coming when Noah arrived at the magazine. He wanted to introduce Phyllis to his friend, Hunter and was curious if there were internships available. He shared doing the scattering of Sharon's ashes. They briefly talked when Hunter came in. The girl was instantly impressed with Phyllis and Phyllis said she would talk to Nick about a possible internship.

Ashley, doing a favor for Nick, watched Faith while he went to go retrieve her baby blanket. When he got to the bridge, he saw Adam there, and the two once again got into it over Sharon. Nick said that if Sharon had been alive still, she would have eventually dumped him; Adam on the other hand said Nick was just jealous because she chose him over Nick. Adam said that Nick was ruining her memory while he was trying to help salvage her reputation. Disgusted, Nick walked off. Meanwhile, Jack, arriving at Crimson Lights, voiced concern over Ashley's renewed focus of baby Faith.

At the dance, several people commented on how familiar Sharon looked to them. She told each person that she just had a familiar kind of face. Sharon began to worry however, when Brenda, the waitress who had served her when she arrived in New Mexico pointed out the carjacker as the one who took her car. Sharon's eyes locked with the carjacker's and Sam picked up on it. he urged her to tell him what was going on, but Sharon continued to brush it off. Doing so, Sam asked Sharon to dance with him.

Nick headed back to the office and was determined to get their story out about Adam. While he and Phyllis were talking about what to add, the two began flirting with one another. When things started to get close between the two of them, Phyllis and Nick both agreed that it was the wrong thing to do.

Jack learned from Ashley that Tucker wanted her to run the company; including Jabot. Jack beame upset and told her that he wasn't letting her or anyone near Jabot again; he worked to hard to get it back.

At his suite, Adam and Emmet were going through the memory card when the got a clear audio of Sharon and Skye talking. The audio proved that Sharon wasn't trying to kill Skye. Adam thanked Emmet and gave him the bonus he promised him. He sat down and looked at a picture of Sharon, saying he wished he found the proof for her before time had ran out. Back at the dance, as Sharon and Sam danced, the carjacker pointed out to both Lee and Marco that Sharon was the woman he carjacked. During the musical montage, Jack, Noah and Adam all thought on Sharon, while Nick and Phyllis decided to think about heating things up with one another. Once the band ended their song, Marco and Lee both approached Sam and Sharon. They told Sharon that she was arrested. Sam looked on stunned, while Sharon looked on in fear.

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — "The Young and the Restless" Episode Recap – Thursday, July 7, 2011.

      IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Genevieve took the opportunity to harass Colin, who was dining at Gloworm. Colin asked why she wanted to stay in Genoa City and she said that she had family there, and hoped to become close again with Cane. Colin laughed and said she was merely there to continue bothering him. Meanwhile, at Fenmore's Cane shows up to see Jill. Jill unleashes her anger at him for the lies he told and the danger he put everyone in. When Cane tried to place the blame on Colin's shoulders, Jill corrected him and said that he was more of a threat than Colin ever was. She demanded he leave Genoa City and never return.

Katherine and Ashley ran into one another at Crimson Lights. Katherine took a seat across from her and wanted to patch things up between the two of them. Ashley, was, however, a bit skeptical. Katherine said that she was merely trying to do her best to protect her son but Ashley said she went overboard in her efforts. Shortly after, Nick arrived with Faith and Ashley lit up. The two talked and Ashley offered to spend more time with the young girl. When Nick mentioned how Faith didn't have a mother figure in her life, Ashley suggested that she help him out by having an ocassional girl time with her. Nich agreed and accepted her offer.

After a jog with one another in the park, Daniel and Lily chatted about Maddie and Charlie. She mentioned that she was spending a lot more time with them since she was away from them. Daniel made mention that it was time for Lily to move on with her life, leaving Cane behind, and wondered if she was ready to file for divorce. Lily said that she wasn't ready to think on it at the moment. While Daniel was understanding of her feelings, he did let her know that it was time for Cane to be history. While together, the two of them started to think on their marriage with one another. Both were glad that despite their obstacles, they were still close friends.

Noah headed to see Adam at his suite. He told him he came short of finding any proof to clear Sharon's name in Skye's murder. Adam became appreciative that he wanted to help clear his mother's name. Noah mentioned that he was leaving to go meet Nick and Doris to scatter Sharon's ashes. Adam suddenly became nice to Noah, telling the young man that he knew he had to head out and didn't want to intrude on his family moment. Noah soon met up with Doris and Nick. They shared how Sharon loved being at the coffeehouse. Nick remembered the day he proposed to her there, while Doris recalled Nick once being the owner of the coffee shop. They all got up to head out to scatter the ashes. From a distance, Adam watched them depart.

Katherine came face-to-face with Colin when he walked into Crimson Lights. She demanded that he leave and stay away from Jill. He told Katherine that he wasn't giving up on Jill; he knew there were still feelings she had for him. When she said that his money and influence got him out of trouble, he shot back that perhaps she did the same thing at times when she was in a bind. When Jill showed up, she told Katherine to leave so that she could talk to Colin alone. There, he pored it on thick of how he never stopped loving her and how he would eventually win her back. After a bit, a frustrated and confused Jill told Colin to get the hell out of her life. He promised he wasn't giving up on her.

After another round with his mother, Cane headed to Jimmy's bar where he askedo n a job. After telling the bartender he had experience, he was put to work. While he was in the back room, he missed seeing Lily and Daniel walking in to have a drink. The two exchanged flirty banter with one another. Daniel suddenly wondered if he was falling back in love with Lily and he tested those feelings out when he pulled her into a kiss. Lily and Daniel were still kissing one another when Cane walked out of the back room.

At the bridge, Nick, Noah and Doris scattered Sharon's ashes. They each shared their love and stories about Sharon. From a great distance, Adam watched and listened to Nick's words of his love for Sharon, watching as he scattered the ashes. He soon was overcome by tears. Meawhile back in New Mexico, Sam told Sharon about a dance that would be going on that night; unfortunately Sharon again declined going out with him. After a little prodding on Piper's part, Sharon relented and walked her to the dance. Sam was pleasantly surprised to see her in the dress he bought for her.

Katherine once again ran into Ashley, this time at Fenmore's. She marveled in how good Jack was doing back in the CEO position of Jabot. After Ashley had left, Genevieve arrived and tried to introduce herself to a displeased Katherine. When Genevieve offered to show Katherine her estate, she turned her nose up at her and told her she had no interest what-so-ever in getting to know her. Katherine was convinced that she was nothing more than a troublemaker just like her husband, Colin.

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — "The Young and the Restless" Episode Recap – Wednesday, July 6, 2011.

        IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Sam continued to make slow moves when it came to Sharon. When he asked her to come with him to check on a dog, she said she didn't want to. As she continued to pack, Sam asked Sharon to move into his house with him. Sharon was floored by his request and he explained that he he would give her as much time as she needed; he didn't want to do the same thing he did when his wife walked out on him. Sharon's guard went down and she accepted his offer to move in. Soon after, Sharon and Sam, in his bed room, once again had sex with one another.

Michael and Kevin caught up with one another at Gloworm where they did a little chit-chat. Kevin commented on how things were going between he and Chloe but also listened as Michael shared his concerns for Lauren since Daisy returned back to Genoa City. Kevin didn't hide the fact that he wanted his sister gone for a long time while in prison. Just then, Michael received a message from Lauren, telling him to head to Crimson Lights where a surprise was waiting for him.

Eden felt uneasy about being in out on the patio area with both Noah and Abby. Abby continued to press as to why she decided to come back to Genoa City, but Noah shooed her away so he and Eden could be alone. The two uncomfortably talked to one another and Eden tried to apologize for how things turned out for the two of them, but Noah said that he was much to blame, as well. Meanwhile, Michael and Kevin, curious to know what Lauren's surprise was, nearly walked passed Eden until she caught their attention. Noah left them alone, where Michael questioned her wherabouts. Eden shared that she got into a little trouble but was doing alright. Both Kevin and Michael were shocked to learn from her that she went into rehab for an eating disorder. Eden assured her brothers that she was fine.

Adam was on the phone striking up a business deal. After his call was complete, he put his attentions back on to the memory cards, calling Emmet to see how things were going along. Adam offered to pay him more money if he could get the footage by the end of the day. Checking his messages on the computer, Adam proceeded to head out of the door when Diane startled him. Not wanting to talk to her, Adam told her he had things to take care of. Once he was gone, Diane snuck into his room, looking over his documents. Spotting an email about the ambulance that she was in, she started to read, only to learn that Adam's contact was a paparazzi photographer named Gingerman. Having what she wanted, she headed out of Adam's room.

Daniel and Devon chatted with one another at Crimson Lights, both commenting on how they wanted Cane as far away from Lily for good. While the three of them were there, both Daniel and Devon saw Cane walk in. Daniel quickly kept Lily away while Devon got in Cane's face, orering him to stay away from Lily. As for Daniel, he gave Lily a CD of new songs, but Lily, sensing that something was going on, wanted to know where Devon went off to. Daniel came clean and although touched by what they were trying to do, Lily said it was time she confronted Cane on her own.

At the park, Devon and Cane got into it over Lily. Devon wanted Cane to stay out of Lily's life for good; in fact he wanted Cane to just leave. While Devon was talking to Cane, Lily showed up and told Devon that she wanted to talk to Cane alone. A hesitant Devon left them alone. Lily told Cane she could no longer believe anything her said: he had knowingly put her and their family in danger by not sharing the truth about Colin. Cane insisted that he could be there for her, but she told him that she wanted nothing more to do with him. She wanted him out of her life and the life of the twins.

At Restless Style, Phyllis, who was working on her next story about Adam, tried her best to convince Nick to give her the go-ahead to throw Sharon's name in the story. Nick refused to do it, saying that he wanted Sharon out of it. Phyllis however, turned things to make it sound as if Nick would be giving Sharon and his family justice for all that Adam has done to her. Nick slowly buys into her 'thoughts'.

Michael ran into Diane at Gloworm. She was still miffed at him and told him that she didn't need the help from either him or Victor, she could stand on her own two feet. After he left, Diane spotted Abby and called the Gingerman to lure him there in hopes of 'catching the Naked Heiress in action'. Deacon, who was behind the bar, overheard the conversation and became interested. Meanwhile at a table alone, Daniel and Abby caught up with one another. He wanted to know how she was doing, while she asked the same about him. Warming up to their conversation, Abby asked Daniel if they could try again with one another. Unfortunately, thanks to Diane, the paparazzi comes in to start taking pictures of Abby, giving Daniel the assumption that she set it up. Realizing that she didn't, he ushers the photogs away. As they are leaving, a slick Diane catches the Gingerman and starts making her deal with him.

Stopping into Restless Style, Adam lectured Nick for hiring Phyllis again. He continued to throw his weight around by telling Nick he wanted him to write an article on Sharon in another effort to fully clear her name. Nick said only if real evidence was present. Adam commented that he was close to getting it; but purposely ruffled Nick's feathers when he commented on how Noah was helping him too. When Nick didn't budge, Adam attacked him with words, saying that he'd expected Nick to be a better person by trying to help Sharon. Nick, however, shot him cold by telling Adam that Sharon wouldn't be dead if it weren't for the likes of him.

Diane offered to pay Gingerman a hefty sum of money if he'd produce the evidence that Adam was involved regarding the photograph of the ambulance that she was in. Gingerman declined wanting to work with her, but the more she talked, the more she swayed him. After offering him an exclusive photo opt, Gingerman and Diane sealed their deal. Once he was gone, Deacon stepped up to Diane, telling her he'd be willing to help her out; for a price just llike Gingerman.

Abby was crushed when Daniel told her that he didn't want to get back together again. When he left, he called Lily to see if she was gone with her talk with Cane.

          IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Ripping up the letter she had written, Sharon decided that she should just leave the farm for good. While walking out of the room, Sam woke up and moments later, was at the barn. He watched her pack and questioned where she was going. Sharon disappointed him when she told him that their having sex was a big mistake. He had promised to take things slow, just as long as she didn't leave. Sharon told Sam that people that became close to her only got hurt because of her and she couldn't let that happen with him.

Noah was going through some of the memory cards when Abby approached him. She questioned what he was up to and he said he wanted to do what he could to clear his mother's name but questioned if it would be for nothing. Noah declined Abby's offer to help and he turned the conversation to that of her leaving rehab: had she seen her parents. She admitted she was dodging them but he pointed out they would find out sooner or later. The two started to listen to one of his songs on his iPod and she liked what heard. She mused if Eden was the insipration. She soon revealed that while in rehab, she saw Eden there. Noah questioned if the two talked.

At Newman Enterprises, Victor welcomed both Victoria and Lauren to the board. Lauren voiced concern about her being there since she was the recent face of Jabot but Victor shooed them all away, telling her he wanted her there. Adam sauntered into the room and he and Victor stared icily at each other. When Michael brought the meeting to order, both Victoria and Adam agreed to nominate Victor as chairman of the board. It was the only agreement, however, between father and son. Victor proposed a deal with a Chinese petroleum company but Adam quickly shot it down getting some of the board on his side to look for a less risky option. Victor was displeased and during a recess in the meeting, he asked Michael about their case against Adam, but Michael said they didn't have a strong enough case.

Billy headed to Restless Style to give Nick the keys. The discussed payment arrangements when Phyllis walked in. Billy was furious to learn that Nick hired Phyllis back, despite what she did to his sister. Nick snapped that what he did with Restless Style and who he hires was no business of his anymore. After Billy left, Phyllis took her normal pleasure in badmouthing Billy but Nick stuck up for him that Billy was having a tough time since having Lucy taken from him and Victoria. Phyllis offered to leave if working together was going to be difficult.

After the meeting had ended Lauren and Michael headed out, leaving Victoria, Victor and Adam there. Victoria and Adam had a few snarky words, where she learned on Billy selling Restless Style back to Nick. She headed out to go talk to Billy, leaving Adamd Victor alone. Adam told Victor that he was losing his touch, but Victor said he was messing with the wrong man and it would cost him.

Eden found herself at Crimson Lights and was disappointed that Kevin wasn't there. As she looked around, she spotted Noah and Abby talking to one another. As she was staring at them, Lauren arrived and was shocked to see her. Lauren said that Michael and Kevin would be surprised to see her. She stepped out to retrieve her cell phone. While she was gone, Eden stepped out onto the patio and picked up Noah's earbuds and listened to his song, unaware that he stepped back inside to get his things. The two came face-to-face and soon were met by Abby, who was surprised Eden came to Genoa City after all.

Victoria headed over to Restless Style and ripped into Nick for taking the only company Billy cared about away from him, let alone hiring Phyllis back. Nick said that Billy was well aware of what he was doing when he sold the company back to him. He soon pointed out that Victoria disappointed him by going back to Newman Enterprises even after all that Victor had done to the two of them. When she left, Phyllis pointed out that Victoria would be a great person to use to get the dirt on Adam; Nick agreed.

A frustrated Billy continued to go down the drunken path by having a drink. He slowly removed his ring and tossed it into his glass of scotch. Picking up the phone he called his bookie to make another horse bet, but was interrupted by a visit from someone there to collect on his lost bets. The man refused to take a check, wanting cash instead. As they were talking, Victoria arrived. Quickly getting rid of the guy, he slipped him his watch. Victoria rrequested that they talk to one another after he was showered and clean. When he came back out, clean, she wanted to know why he sold his company, telling him that was the one thing he loved. Billy shot back that she no longer need to worry about what he does. She agreed but let him know that he has an impending custody case to keep Delia and in order to keep custody of her, he needed employment.

            IT HAPPENED TODAY…

After a night of sex with Sam, Sharon woke up in his bed and started to recall the things in her past. She sat down at his table and started to write a letter about who she was. Sharon started off first by sharing the beginnings of her romance with Nick when they were in highschool but how her wanting to end things with her current boyfriend, Matt, turned ugly when he raped her.

She continued on with how Nick was always there to protect her, but was later crushed when he learned that she had a baby by someone else. The two hit a rough patch but soon came back to one another when Nick proposed. She soon recalled when she had to break the news to Nick about her rape by Matt, which in the end placed him behind bars when he was falsely accused of the man's murder..

Back in Genoa City, Nick was staring at an issue of Restless Style focused on Sharon's damsel in distress and her continued bond with Adam. He too started to have flashbacks of their time together and stared into a photo album of the two of them. His eyes came across a picture of Sharon and Cassie. After discovering his daughter's pendant, a saddened Nick starred at the magazine again, throwing it across the room. Noah, who came up to the office to visit his father, saw what happened and hugged him, admitting that he missed his mother too.

In Sam's room, Sharon continued to write down everything about her pass; recalling when Nick and Sharon got married, despite the strong reservations that Nikki had about their beign together. She soon shared of when Cassie, the daughter she gave up for adoption, finally became apart of ther family, and then the birth of Noah. She shared how happy they all were, until tragedy struck and Cassie had died due to a car accident, slowly ripping her and Nick from one another.

As Sharon wrote about Nick's constant pull from her, she recalled in a flashback of his affair with Phyllis and how she forced him into a confession by donning the same teddy she wore when they'd meet in a hotel suit. She soon wrote how he moved on with Phyllis and she with Jack, but soon found herself drawn to someone new: Nick's brother Adam. She shared how the two just clicked and bonded; him being the one person that could accept her for who she was, and he for who he was. She soon recalled the day he told her of his involvement in Ashley losing her baby and how he stole her baby to give to pass off as Ashley. Despite it all, she still fell in love with him.

Sharon's flashback soon took her to how those who didn't like Adam worked to destroy their relationship, causing Adam to be framed for the murder of Skye and soon, her arrest when Skye actually died in Hawaii when falling into the volcano. She commented that while they had succeeded in pulling them apart, Adam was the one that stood by her and didn't give up on her, ready to prove her innocent, even helping her to escape, which eventually led her to him.

Meanwhile, at the Athletic Club, Adam continued to look through the memory cards that Phyllis had retrieved. While looking at one, he saw footage of Sharon in his hotel suite seducing him playfully. He bemoaned how nothing was the same without her in his life and then picked up her engagement ring, tears rolling down his eyes.

                Y&R Recap: Tuesday, June 28, 2011

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — "The Young and the Restless" Episode Recap – Tuesday, June 28, 2011.

                IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Noah paid Victor a visit at the farmhouse. He was wondering if he had seen Abby at all. Victor explained that Abby needed to take care of her drinking problem and has gone to a rehabilitation center. Meanwhile, Abby, at the rehabilitation center, insisted that this wasn't where she belonged. The attendant that she was talking to told her she was there was a reason.

Michael ran into Diane at Gloworm. He was surprised that she was talking to him. She said that he wasn't to blame for Victor's deeds. Michael pointed out that if she had left town when he told her to, she wouldn't be in the mess she was in with Adam and Jack. He warns her that if it's found out that she was in cahoots with Jack and Adam to mess up the IPO, she's going down hard. He left and it was clear that Diane was greatly scared.

Neil and Ashley arrived at the hospital to check on the condition of Tucker. Katherine was a bit bothered when talking to Ashley about Tucker, who she said was asking for her. When Ashley went into the room, Neil commented on how kind Katherine was to let the two of them be together.

Devon and Michael ran into one another at Crimson Lights. He pleasantly shocked Devon with his knowledge of Noah and his hard work on the album. Going out to the patio area of the coffee house, he called to speak with Eden but was unable to get in contact with her. When Noah met up with Devon at the coffee house, Michael wanted to know if he has spoken to Eden. Noah said they lost touch when he left Paris. A concerned Michael said he needed to talk to her.

In group, Abby reluctantly said down. They were getting ready to start when a girl ran in, taking her seat. Abby was stunned to see that the girl was Noah's ex, Eden. When the mentor requested that Abby introduce herself and why she was there, she joked that she was there to make her father happy and that she wouldn't be there long. When a problem arose, the mentor left to take care of it, leaving Abby and Eden alone to confront one another. Eden didn't buy Abby's story about being there to make family happy; and Abby didn't buy that Noah wasn't the real reason why Eden was in rehab. When the two go at it at one another, the mentor spots them talking and tells them that since Eden is a senior member of the rehab center, she will be Abby's buddy to do things. Eden and Abby look on at her in dismay.

Katherine showed up at the ranch and wanted to know from Victor if he was aware about Abby hitting Tucker. Victor, as Ashley, lied and said that Abby wasn't the driver of the car. Katherine became frustrated and said she wanted to know what was going on and why everyone was trying to keep things from her. Victor told Katherine to focus on the fact that Tucker came out of his coma and was alive. Meanwhile, Tucker, with Ashley, was trying to look at his medical chart but was unable to read it.

Leslie met up with Neil briefly at Gloworm before making her way toward Diane. Diane was confident that she could help her get out of the charges but Leslie burst her bubble by telling her that it doesn't look good for her. Diane said that she wasn't involved at all but Leslie pointed out that it would be hard to prove otherwise, and that she could face jail time. Leslie further rubbed Diane in the wrong way by quipping that even Martha Stewart managed to survive some jail time. Gathering her things, Leslie left Diane alone. She was soon approached by Katherine, who still wanted to get to the truth about Tucker's accident. Diane insisted to Katherine that she knew for a fact that Ashley hit her son. When she left, Neil approached Katherine and questioned her on if Tucker was aware of all the changes she was making to his company.

Noah beat himself up to Devon about not being there for Abby and the fact that he had to learn that was in rehab from his grandfather. Devon admitted he was feeling bad about not being there more for his own family. While talking, Noah shared that when he broken up with Eden, she said he was just as bad as the rest of the Newman family; he wanted so bad to prove that it wasn't true. He soon called the facility to find out times he could visit Abby. Back at the facility, Eden told Abby that she was doing well at the center but her time was soon over. Abby wondered if she was going to head back to Genoa City. Eden said she wasn't going back because she didn't want to see Noah anymore.

Michael went to meet Victor. He learned that Victor was aware that Abby hit Tucker. Victor wanted to make sure that the case would never make it to trial. Michael mentioned that there was a witness that saw the accident. They both chuckle that the witness was Diane. The two soon decide to work to get Diane to do what they wanted. After making a phone call to her, they stunned her when she arrived to see them together. Victor tells her that he has a plan to make all her problems disappear.

At the hospital Tucker tells Ashley he wants to marry her: now. They are soon surrounded by hospital staff and a minister, who is doing the ceremony. As the two are exchanges their 'I do's', Katherine is making her way back to Tucker's room. She is dismayed to see that the two have tied the knot.

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — "The Young and the Restless" Episode Recap – Monday, June 27, 2011.

                  IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Abby had Kent record her confession about running down Tucker. Kent questioned if she was being truthful and she admitted that she was. The two were unaware that Deacon was watching everything. When Abby left, she was grabbed from behind. An angry Abby was furious when she realized it was Victor, who was ready to take her to his private jet and to a rehabilitation facility. Abby said regardless, her confession would air all over. Victor said that it wouldn't. Meanwhile, back at Gloworm, Kent was trying to find a contact to get the video realized when he became side-tracked. He soon couldn't find his camera. Seeing Deacon, he asked if he had seen it; Deacon simply shrugged and said he hadn't.

Tucker continued having a hard time speaking. He wanted to know why Abby hit him but Ashley, still covering for Abby, said that she was the one driving the car and hit him. Tucker wanted to know why he was going to the cabin and Ashley said that she and Abby were headed there to meet with him. Their time was cut short when D.A. Walsh entered, ready to question Tucker about the accident. Ashley and Katherine were instructed to leave. Alone, Walsh continued to question him but Tucker said all he could remember was a the car coming toward him.

Diane upset Kyle with the news that they would have to move. His mother tried her best to distract him with the upsetting news and the two went to Jabot to see Jack. When they arrived, they missed seeing Victor, who was still there talking to him about his role in the IPO mess. Jack smiled when his son asked if he'd be working one day as CEO, just as Jack was. A distracted Diane stepped out of the office. Alone, Jack learned from Kyle that Diane wanted them to move from Genoa City. When Diane returned back to the office, Jack ushered his son off to watch something in the media room. Jack told Diane that she wasn't taking Kyle away from him, but she said she had no choice because of the SEC serving her. Jack didn't care on how Diane was feeling and told her that he wasn't going to allow Kyle to be moved from him. When Kyle returned, Diane and Jack covered their argument.

Phyllis lured Nick to her apartment with the lie that Lucy was sick. Coming over with a humidifier, he learned that she only wanted him there so they could talk. After looking in on Lucy, who was fast asleep, Phyllis gushed what a good baby she was and how well she was sleeping. Nick's words stung her, however, when he said that Victoria and Billy felt that same way when they had her with them. When she started to cry, Nick asked her what was truly going on with her. She admitted that she felt like a horrible person; going so far to win Lucy from Billy and Victoria, costing her family and friends. Nick wanted to know why he was there and what she wanted from him. All she wanted was a friend, she admitted.

In the hallway of the hospital, Katherine began questioning Ashley; wanting to know why Tucker kept saying that Abby hit him with the car. Ashley brushed it off as his being confused with what he remembers. Katherine wondered if it was the right time to tell Tucker about his long lost son but Ashley said they should hold off for now.

Abby was upset that Victor was working with Ashley to keep the truth covered up. She learned that Tucker was awake, from the phone call Victor had received from Ashley. She told her father, regardless, Tucker would eventually learn the truth and if she had to, she'd inform him. Victor said it would be hard to do since she's going to a rehab center in Connecticut. When Ashley called back, Victor put the call on speaker for Abby to hear it. Abby was dismayed when she confirmed what Victor had thought: Tucker couldn't recall who had hit him. Victor told Ashley that Abby was going to be gone from Genoa City for a bit. Ahsley agreed to having Abby sent away for awhile.
