IT HAPPENED TODAY (Encore Presentation of February 19, 2007 Episode)…

The rescue effort is in full force in the aftermath of the explosion.

Elizabeth comes to and is relieved to find herself with Jason, even though they’re trapped in the elevator. Elizabeth and Jason share a warm moment but she soon becomes afraid that she might be going into labor. Sam tells Nikolas and Alexis that Jason had infiltrated the hotel and credits him with saving her life.

Nikolas is frantic to realize Emily is still inside the Metro Court. Nikolas races to Emily’s side when she makes it out of the hotel.

Lulu and Spinelli remain unseen by Lucky and the rescue team. Dillon comes through for Luke. Mac turns a blind eye when Luke insists on going inside to search for Lulu. A semi-conscious Spinelli is dragged through the lobby but his warning comes a little too late as more debris begins to rain down on the remaining survivors. Lulu has yet to be discovered.

Sonny and Carly pull each other close once she comes around. After checking its contents, Mr. Craig rearms the briefcase and is able to free himself from the debris. The briefcase goes flying when Sonny shoots Mr. Craig in the chest with a gun he recovered. Carly gets the briefcase but Mr. Craig reveals he’s wearing body armor.

Robin will be okay as Patrick stays by her side.

Maxie lies and claims that Three is one of the hostages.

Alan regains consciousness and feels as though he hasn’t given enough love to Jason.

On the Next General Hospital…

• Carly and Jason try to get to the crash scene.
• The crash survivors look for missing Morgan.
• Luke considers using his honeymoon with Tracy as a cover for a jewel heist.

IT HAPPENED TODAY (Encore Presentation of November 30, 2010 Episode)…

Bianca is surprised to find Caleb working on a holiday. He says Asher hates him, plus he’s spent 20 years on a mountain trying to forget holidays because of Adam Chandler. Asher, meanwhile, accepts JR’s invitation to join the family for Thanksgiving dessert. He tries to get JR talking about Adam but JR prefers to talk about what they’re all grateful for. Alone with Colby, Asher tries again to get someone to talk about Adam and is surprised when she details what kind of man he is. Asher is brought into the police station for speeding. After sarcastically wishing his father a happy thanksgiving, Asher takes the free lawyer provided to him before Caleb can offer his help.

Jack and Ryan are shocked by Erica’s actions. The paramedics rush David to the hospital. Ryan opens his door to find a pale Madison, who faints in his arms. Ryan realizes Madison was shot with a stray bullet stemming from his confrontation with David. As David’s legal medical advocate, Greenlee agrees to let Griffin operate on him. Brot questions Erica. Erica is brought into the police station.

IT HAPPENED TODAY (Encore Presentation of February 16, 2007 Episode)…

Skye comes to grips with the fact that the Quartermaines have turned their backs on her and will now do anything she has to in order to protect the family she has with Alcazar and their daughter.

Mateo has a serious run-in with one of the mercenaries. Ric stops Luke in his tracks by having him restrained. Alexis fears for her loved ones.   

Maxie rattles Three when she makes him see the hostages as innocent people who don’t deserve to die. Jason gives Sam the signal to make her escape. Three hands Mr. Craig the briefcase after Spinelli successfully gets the vault open. Sonny tries to bargain with Mr. Craig. Carly refuses to leave Sonny’s side. Sam warns the cops that the lobby is wired to explode. Jason tackles Mr. Craig as he’s about to detonate the explosives. The SWAT team begins their assault as chaos erupts when Six pushes the button on the detonator. Nikolas is able to carry Robin out. Three shields Maxie and pulls her away. Lulu and a terrified Spinelli try to escape together. Jason heads to Elizabeth. Sonny grabs Carly and pulls her away. Nikolas realizes that Emily isn’t with him as the lobby explodes.

IT HAPPENED TODAY (Encore Presentation of November 29, 2010 Episode)…

Erica expresses her concern for Kendall to Jack. Greenlee talks to Erica who doesn’t mince words. Family and friends go to Spike’s pageant. Back at home, Kendall tells Spike about Zach with her family by her side.

Greenlee, Ryan and Emma share what they’re thankful for at Thanksgiving dinner. Jack later arrives at the penthouse reeling from a violent exchange with David. Having escaped custody, David confronts Ryan on the roof of his building with a gun. David and Ryan’s violent confrontation ends in gunfire. Erica exposes herself as the shooter.

Wanting to have a real Thanksgiving, Tad snatches Jake from the hospital and after taking a turkey from the Yacht Club heads over to Krystal’s much to everyone’s surprise. Tad toasts to all that he’s thankful for in his life.

Liza and David exchange words. Liza is alone for Thanksgiving until Damon shows up.

IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Spinelli hides the truth about Brenda and Dante’s secret from Jason. Theo interviews Lucky on his involvement with Brenda and the Balkan. Jason questions Siobhan’s account of the docks murder, believing she was fooled.

Residents of Port Charles board the ski trip bus. Carly bows out last minute, sending Olivia in her place. She and Steve are delighted to be adult chaperones together for Cameron, Molly, Morgan, Allie, Kristina and Michael. Matt and Maxie also join the trip. Tragedy strikes as Carly loses contact with Morgan, hearing a terrible crash through her cell phone.

Patrick and Robin continue to share positive inroads to reconciliation, as Lisa looks on unenthused. Ethan warns Johnny to be careful around psycho Lisa. Later, Lisa pleads with Johnny to end their deal of complicity.

IT HAPPENED TODAY…

JR gets upset when Marissa expresses her concern for Scott. Marissa visits Scott in jail and informs him of the joint custody papers that she offered to JR, and admits she thinks he might have changed. During JR’s visit with Scott, Scott makes it clear he is working on himself, not thinking of JR. He also points out that he doesn’t believe JR is a changed man and thinks he played Marissa to get that petition out of her. Annie confides in Amanda that while she trusts JR she doesn’t trust Marissa’s intentions. JR tells Annie they still need to keep their relationship a secret since Marissa hasn’t signed the papers yet.

Cara’s feelings for Jake continue to grow and she finds it harder to work with him. Cara admits to Tad how she’s feelings but reassures him she won’t act upon them and needs to get out of Pine Valley soon. When Jake leaves the room, Amanda poses as Cara and calls to find out about Cara’s redeployment.

Natalia and Brot’s relationship continues to grow and they agree to a New Year’s Eve date.

IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Sonny refuses to listen to Carly, saying nothing will stop him from marrying Brenda. Carly warns him the truth will not be pretty and prepares to reveal it with the biggest impact. Claire learns about Sonny’s engagement form Diane, then goes to ask Sonny if he objects to her staying in town. Sonny and Claire share a moment of well-wishing, but, Claire looks every bit the woman scorned. Dante and Lulu promise to move forward in their relationship. Theo earns Brenda’s trust in representing her in the civil suit.

Michael updates Kristina and Molly about Sonny and Brenda’s engagement – and let’s them know he is cleared to go on the hospital sponsored ski trip.

Lisa drugs Johnny, but fails to find the incriminating syringe.

Spinelli overhears Diane working on a fiction novel and is delighted by her talent.

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — “All My Children” Episode Recap – Tuesday, December 28, 2010.

IT HAPPENED TODAY…

After finding Madison in the snow, Greenlee gets her to the hospital and both Madison and the baby are fine. Madison decides she is going to keep the baby and will take Greenlee up on her offer to help her start over in NYC. The accident makes her realize just how much she wants this child but stands strong on her decision not to involve Ryan.

Kendall finally forgives Greenlee and welcomes her back into her life. Kendall tells Erica that an angel was with her tonight and that angel was Zach. Father Clarence’s words resonate with both Kendall and Erica. He insists to Kendall that Zach is still connected to her and she believes that Zach is trying to show her Fusion is her safe-haven, a place where she can find her way.

For Erica, Father Clarence tells her that she has a big heart and protects the ones she loves but that her heart has taken her to a place she never planned to go; implying her feelings for Caleb. Erica details her history with Kendall and encourages Caleb to show Asher he cares. Colby gives Asher words of encouragement and arranges for the two men to run into each other at the hospital. Caleb apologizes to Asher for thinking he would be better off without him. Asher admits to Colby he might have been wrong in thinking his father didn’t care.

IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Sonny convinces Brenda to marry him. They announce their engagement at Luke and Tracy’s reception. Dante dreams the last time he saw Brenda in 2007. Carly arrives to Sonny and tells him not to marry Brenda (she has physical proof of Brenda-Dante baby in her purse). Theo interviews Brenda to assess the risk of the civil suit against her.

At the reception, Nikolas realizes he is developing genuine feelings for Brook Lynn, but Tracy is already warning him to stay away.

Michael takes responsibility for the challenges in his life. Impressed, Edward offers ELQ to Michael, but strikes out.

Edward continues his deal making with Ethan and Maya.

IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Kendall’s mood becomes a little more hopeful after she has a dream. After Bianca sees Father Clarence on Christmas Eve she believes that it is a time for miracles. Miranda hangs an angel on the top of the tree and they all make a wish. Kendall believes that she can find her way without Zach. Kendall allows the kids to open their gifts from Zach and once the group leaves, opens her gift, a journal from Zach detailing his feelings for her.

Annie’s insecurity over JR’s relationship with Marissa continues to escalate. She handcuffs him and makes JR promise that he will come back to see her after his meeting with Marissa. Marissa’s Christmas gift to JR is a petition for joint custody. Marissa, meanwhile, visits Scott in jail for Christmas.

While at the Hubbard family party Madison excuses herself after becoming uncomfortable. She tells Frankie that she just wants to be alone and as walks in the snow, slips and hits her head. After unsuccessfully calling for help, Madison passes out. Greenlee finds a lifeless Madison lying in the snow.

In an effort to prove to Griffin that Jake and Amanda don’t have an effect on her, Cara agrees to attend the holiday party.

Damon surprises Tad and Colby with the news that he wants to go to law school.
