Thursday, December 4 at 3:00 PM, ET/12:00 PM, PT, marks the beginning of Chapter 13 of “The Bay: The Series,” the much beloved web series created by Gregori J. Martin. With episodes set to run 20-22 minutes each all throughout the month of December, fans will be able to follow the drama online and through social media using the hashtags #Bayhem and #DecemberBayhem, in addition to the #TheBay. Following the conclusion of Chapter 13, Chapter 14 will debut in mid December.

Michael Bruno, who manages several daytime soap stars past and present, including Amelia Heinle, who portrays Victoria Newman on “The Young and the Restless,” appeared on the Thursday, May 29 edition of the Lilly Melgar (“General Hospital,” “The Bay”) and Martha Madison (“Days of our Lives,” “The Bay”) hosted radio show “Soap Box with Lilly and Martha” to discuss several soap related topics. One of which was the recent news of David Tom being let go from “Y&R” as Billy Abbott and being replaced by daytime newcomer Burgess Jenkins.

Soap Opera Network has learned exclusively that veteran soap stars Ronn Moss, Sean Kanan, Judi Evans and Patrika Darbo have joined the cast of LANY Entertainment’s “The Bay: The Series,” which premieres Chapter 12 on Thursday, May 1 with episodes running a bit longer in length than they had in prior chapters (episodes will now run between 17-20 minutes, typical for a weekly 1/2 hour series excluding commercials).

If you’re ready for more secrets, scandals, passion and romance than ever before, you’re in luck: The Emmy-nominated online soap opera “The Bay” is returning with an all-new Chapter 12 that promises to deliver sudser standards with a serious bang! What’s more, the cast has already begun new installments of the ever-popular pre-launch “Confessions of Bay City,” in which Bay City’s biggest and baddest take the hot seat for jaw-dropping confessions!

In its newest issue, Soap Opera Digest shed some light on Mark Collier’s new role on NBC’s “Days of our Lives.” The actor, who debuts on the Wednesday, December 18 episode, is portraying Liam, who Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans) sets up on a date with Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves). “I knew his first name was Liam, but not much more than that. He went to high school in Salem,” shares the actor who began filming in August. Ironically, with Collier now on board, the “DAYS” cast now includes the first two actors who portrayed “As The World Turns'” Mike Kasnoff (Collier played the character from 2002-2007; Shawn Christian [Daniel Jonas] originated the role in 1994).

With nearly 24 minutes in total airtime between them, LANYentertainment released the first two installments of “The Bay: The Series” chapter 11 on the official “Bay” website yesterday. Fans of the series will not only get caught up in the happenings in Bay City, but they’ll also get their fill of drama, sex, drugs, romance, deception, murder, and much more.

Considering that Martha Madison (Marly Nelson-Foster, “The Bay,” ex-Belle Black, “Days of Our Lives,” ex-Elizabeth Webber, “General Hospital) married her husband, AJ Gilbert, back in 2007, the couple has no doubt heard the phrase, “So, when are you having kids?” a few thousand times. And now the pair has an answer!

If you were already smitten with “The Young and the Restless” star Ignacio Serricchio (Alex Chavez), you’re about to love him even more.
