Of all the things that have been said on the set of “General Hospital,” the recent “Tony’s Back!” takes the cake. “General Hospital’s” Emme Rylan (Lulu Spencer) is no stranger to heartbreaking baby loss storylines. As “Guiding Light’s” Lizzie Spaulding, she had to play out the emotional arc in which Lizzie believed her daughter, Sarah, had died in a car accident. And while Rylan is proud of the work she was able to bring as her Springfield alter ego, she’s of the opinion that now having two children of her own (Jackson, 4, and Levi, 2) is making her current baby-loss storyline much stronger.

With “General Hospital’s” 13,000th episode just around the corner — on Monday, February 24, to be exact — Tyler Christopher (Nikolas Cassadine) and Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth Webber) sat down with reporters to dish on everything from Nikolas’ limits when it comes to Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), the return of Ric (Rick Hearst) and their hesitation to delve into Nikolas and Liz’s romantic past! ABC’s “General Hospital” will celebrate romance in style on Valentine’s Day as viewers will be treated to the reconciliation of Dante and Lulu Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna and Emme Rylan), the potential hookup of Felix and Lucas (Marc Anthony Samuel and Ryan Carnes), an adventure for Nikolas and Britt (Tyler Christopher and Kelly Thiebaud), a turning point in Molly’s relationship with TJ (Haley Pullos and Tequan Richmond) and Ava and Morgan (Maura West and Bryan Craig) spend a secret night of passion together. Of course, what would a night of romance be without the possibility of a paternity test reveal? Liz (Rebecca Herbst) is on a mission to take down Britt!

As “General Hospital’s” executive producer, Frank Valentini, recently revealed to Soap Opera Network, the next few months of the iconic soap opera are going to be filled with can’t-miss-television. And Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri) says that part of the excitement to come will definitely include some twists and turns in the complicated baby situation his alter ego is caught in with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan).

The newest issue of CBS Soaps In Depth, citing multiple sources, is reporting that there may be truth to reported rumors that Michelle Stafford is leaving Phyllis Summers and “The Young and the Restless” to head to ABC’s “General Hospital.” According to one of the mags sources, “It would be a big coup to get Michelle, and ‘GH’ knows it.” This is of course in response to “Y&R” and “GH” swapping cast members. In January, Steve Burton (ex-Jason Morgan, “GH”) joined “Y&R” as Dylan McAvoy, and in April, Emme Rylan (ex-Abbie Newman) joined “GH” as Lulu Spencer.

Soap Opera Network has rounded up all of the sentiments written so far, which include kind words from her “Y&R” co-stars and beyond.

It’s only been a few weeks since Melissa Ordway took over for Emme Rylan as “The Young and the Restless’” Abby, and the actress already feels right at home. That’s partly because the cast has been together a lot celebrating the show’s 40th Anniversary, but it’s also because, as the actress puts it, the entire cast is just like a real family.
