Have you ever wanted to express yourself as Chad DiMera, Marlena Evans, Jennifer Horton or even John Black? Well, now you can! NBC’s “Days of our Lives” has released a first of its kind emoji app featuring characters from the heart of Salem USA.

Nearly two months after filming completed, singer Roxanna has released the full music video for her single, “Here with Me,” the highly anticipated prequel to 2012’s “Unforgotten.” Both music videos feature former “Days of our Lives” star James Scott (ex-EJ DiMera), who described his character as being “…a little bit more refined, more of a James Cagney type character.” He noted, “there is a real elegance and beauty to this story. It has a much more romantic sensibility, much more fantasy… It is less intense in terms of the overt physical dynamic between the two characters, but I think that the underplay of the relationship between the two is actually much, much more intense.”

The Monday, October 13 episode of “Days of our Lives” marked the final airdate for James Scott as EJ, and to commemorate the momentous occasion, the series’ beloved actress Alison Sweeney (Sami Brady) took to Facebook to not only list her favorite EJami moments, but to also share what it was like filming the tense scenes that ushered her onscreen love off the canvas. Following in the actress’ footsteps, Soap Opera Network is asking you to share your favorite EJami moments, too!

With Elizabeth Hendrickson returning as Chloe Mitchell on today’s episode of “The Young and the Restless” in remembrance of the one year anniversary of the death of her daughter, Delia Abbott, it’s only appropriate that the stars from daytime’s most watched drama series take part in a live tweet during the show to talk about the emotional scenes they filmed and what the storyline has meant for them overall. Hendrickson, Burgess Jenkins (Billy Abbott), Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea Newman) and Greg Rikaart (Kevin Fisher) plan to do just that!

Fans had inquired with us whether the Twitter handle @Ryan_Paevey was in fact “General Hospital’s” newest stars’ social media address. Sadly, as we always suspected, the account is in fact not real. A rep for the soap confirms that the account is not the actor’s and subsequently, the handle has been deleted. Additionally, Justice & Ponder, a management firm based in Los Angeles, which represents Paevey, confirmed the fake account when it said, “SOOOO, it turns out @Ryan_Paevey is not our client RYAN PAEVEY and we are alerting Twitter now that this is an impostor using his name.” The company notes that the actor will begin using the social media platform for the first time sometime next week when he begins tweeting via his (real) account.

Using beats from Justin Timberlake’s “SexyBack” and 50 Cents’ “In Da Club,” “Days of our Lives” stars Jen Lilley (Theresa) and Meredith Scott Lynn (Anne) released a hilarious rap video earlier today for those needing a recap of all the things happening in Salem USA. The video includes cameo appearances by several cast members (including James Scott and Alison Sweeney), crew and even the shows’ publicity team.

With the impending debut of Ryan Paevey on Monday, December 30 in the contract role of Detective Nathan West on ABC’s “General Hospital,” many have noted that they’ve seen “that guy” before and if you’re one of the millions of users that watched Christina Aguilera’s “Your Body” music video on YouTube last year, you’re definitely on the right track. In the video, which shows Aguilera taking control against a male dominated society, Paevey is spotted flirting with the singer while they play a game of pool before heading to the bathroom for a little fun, but instead turns into something blue!

As previously reported, TVGN (TV Guide Network) will begin airing encore episodes of CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” weeknights at 6:30 PM ET/PT starting today. In celebration, the network will be hosting a live Twitter chat with “B&B” stars Heather Tom (Katie Logan) and Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer). Using hashtag #BBonTVGN, fans can interact with the duo beginning at 6:00 PM ET/3:00 PM/PT as they answer fan questions just before TVGN’s airing of their show. The actors will be using their twitter handles @BBheathertom and @CliftonsNotes to interact so make sure to follow both actors on the social media website.

Unlike “The Young and the Restless,” which also airs on the network at 7:00 PM ET/PT, “B&B” will air episodes a day after airing on CBS. Therefore, the first episode scheduled air will be the Wednesday, November 27 Thanksgiving Day themed episode which highlighted the togetherness between the Forresters, Logans, Spencers and more.

With “All My Children” not moving forward, and word that the show along with sister soap “One Life to Live” would be eligible for Emmy consideration in all categories for next year’s awards presentation, actress Debbi Morgan (ex-Dr. Angela Hubbard) has decided to not put her name up consideration in either Supporting or Lead Actress categories. In a tweet on Saturday, November 30, Morgan said, “I’ve decided not 2 have my name submitted 4 emmy consideration this year cuz I just really, really want 2 move on.”

It’s not uncommon for soap opera stars to appear in music videos (we’ve even done features about it in the past), but “General Hospital’s” Sean Kanan (A.J. Quartermaine; ex-Deacon Sharpe, “The Bold and the Beautiful”/“The Young and the Restless”) and his wife, Michele Kanan, have turned the tables: The duo actually made their own music video specifically about the genre!

On Tuesday, November 12, “The Young and the Restless'” Jess Walton (Jill Foster Abbott) and Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki Newman) answered fan questions via CBS Connect, the premiere online social connection platform amongst the broadcast networks, which includes live chats with CBS stars via Twitter. Using the hashtag #AskYR, the chat with fans lasted roughly 35 minutes, which included questions varying from discussion on the Veterans day episodes, whether or not the ladies were able to come up with plots or storylines for their characters, which is particularly reserved for the writers of the show, as well as what their very first acting jobs were, just to name a few of the questions.
