When Bradford Anderson woke up this morning he didn’t immediately know that he had received his fifth Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his portrayal of Damian Spinelli on ABC’s “General Hospital.” How is that even possible, you ask? “I sleep with my phone off,” the actor admits. “That’s the fun thing about being on the west coast. You generally wake up to the news.” He adds, “Just turning on my phone and seeing how many emails and texts I get is generally an indication of a ‘yay’ or a ‘nay.'”

In CBS’ newest comedy hit, “Friends with Better Lives,” a group of friends who are either married, divorced, newly engaged or single, secretly question who has it better? With that in mind, on its official website for the series, CBS asks fans to answer that very question in relation to several of its popular series and its characters, including “The Young and the Restless” and “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

As previously reported, TVGN (TV Guide Network) will begin airing encore episodes of CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” weeknights at 6:30 PM ET/PT starting today. In celebration, the network will be hosting a live Twitter chat with “B&B” stars Heather Tom (Katie Logan) and Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer). Using hashtag #BBonTVGN, fans can interact with the duo beginning at 6:00 PM ET/3:00 PM/PT as they answer fan questions just before TVGN’s airing of their show. The actors will be using their twitter handles @BBheathertom and @CliftonsNotes to interact so make sure to follow both actors on the social media website.

Unlike “The Young and the Restless,” which also airs on the network at 7:00 PM ET/PT, “B&B” will air episodes a day after airing on CBS. Therefore, the first episode scheduled air will be the Wednesday, November 27 Thanksgiving Day themed episode which highlighted the togetherness between the Forresters, Logans, Spencers and more.

If you thought sitting down with family and friends for Thanksgiving was going to be the highlight of the week, wait until you see what “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “The Young and the Restless” have in store for the holiday! Both shows have exciting episodes planned prior to the big day, as well as classic episodes set to air on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29. So if turkey, stuffing and all of the fixings don’t have you falling out of your chair, these two sudsers will certainly get the job done!

He’s certainly been making a name for himself on CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” now that it’s been revealed that his character, Wyatt Fuller, is the secret son of Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and the half brother of rival Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), but in the online series “Bloomers,” which tells the story of seven 20-something friends growing up in the city of Los Angeles who aren’t ready to bloom into their 30s, Darin Brooks finds himself dealing with a different kind of family drama.

The top winners from yesterday’s 40th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards most likely partied hard in celebration of their wins last night, but that didn’t stop them from showing up on today’s episode of CBS’ morning show, “The Talk!”

The 40th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards are set to be an exciting night filled with appearances from the industry’s biggest stars — some of which will also be presenting awards on stage during the big night. Read on to find out if your favorites will be handing the Outstanding Supporting Actor and the Outstanding Supporting Actress winners their coveted awards!

Some of you are going to say it, others are going to shout it, but the thought that comes along with the news that Hope is getting a new love interest other than Scott Clifton’s Liam Spencer is “Well, it’s about freaking time!” Yep, Kim Matula’s alter ego will finally be caught up in a romantic situation sans Bill’s son. In fact, a rep confirms that another Emmy winner — Darin Brooks (ex-Max Brady, “Days of our Lives) — will be the one stealing Hope’s heart!

It’s not easy being “The Bold and the Beautiful’s” Liam Spencer, a man whose heart has flipped back and forth between Kim Matula’s Hope Logan and Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s Steffy Forrester for the better part of two and a half years. And that’s what makes receiving an Emmy nomination all the sweeter for portrayer Scott Clifton, who for the first time has been nominated in the Outstanding Supporting Actor category as opposed to the Outstanding Younger Actor category he’s been in five times (and won once, in 2011).

Young, rising artist and songwriter Julia Michaels will appear on “The Bold and The Beautiful” as herself on Tuesday, April 23. She will be performing the song “Next To You,” a touching tune “B&B” fans may recognize as one of the love themes for the characters of Steffy and Liam (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood and Scott Clifton). Could she be performing at the couples second wedding next week? We’ll soon find out…

The peer votes have been cast, and the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences has announced the Drama Performer Pre-Nominations for the 40th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards! Five categories have been announced, including Lead Actress and Lead Actor, Supporting Actress and Supporting Actor, as well as Younger Actress and Younger Actor. Without further adieu, here are the pre-nominees:

It’s hard to believe that Scott Clifton had never won a Daytime Emmy Award for his portrayal of humorous and interesting characters on “General Hospital” and “One Life to Live,” which is not to say he hadn’t tried. For three consecutive years (2004-2006), Clifton was nominated for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Dillion Quartermaine on “GH” and he was nominated for the fourth time in the same category in 2010 for his role as Schuyler Joplin on “OLTL,” but in 2011 the actor finally took home Emmy gold for his work as Liam Cooper on “The Bold and the Beautiful” during CBS’ telecast of the “38th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards” on Sunday, June 19. Interestingly enough, this was the actors final chance to be nominated in this category as he turned 26-years-old on October 31, 2010.
