The top winners from yesterday’s 40th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards most likely partied hard in celebration of their wins last night, but that didn’t stop them from showing up on today’s episode of CBS’ “The Talk,” to dish about the exciting event! Soap Opera Network attended the taping, and we’ve brought you some of the highlights from the special Emmy-themed show. Enjoy!

Hosts Sara Gilbert, Sheryl Underwood, Sharon Osbourne, Julie Chen and Aisha Tyler chatted with Outstanding Lead Actress winner Heather Tom (Katie Logan, “The Bold and the Beautiful”), Outstanding Lead Actor winner Doug Davidson (Paul Williams, “Y&R”), Outstanding Supporting Actor winners Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer, “B&B”) and Billy Miller (Billy Abbott, “Y&R”) about their wins.

In addition to speaking with the Emmy winners, the women interviewed Emmy-nominated Peggy McKay (Caroline Brady, “Days of our Lives”), Emmy-nominated Arianne Zucker (Nicole Walker, “DAYS”), and Kristian Alfonso (Hope Brady, “Days”) — all there to represent Outstanding Drama Series winner, “DAYS.” The group also discussed the much-talked-about hilarious on-air moment when Tyler was handed the wrong envelope while announcing one of the night’s winners!

The fun episode also featured several “Hot In Cleaveland” castmembers, including  Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendy Malick and the legendary Betty White, who presented at last night’s ceremony. In light of Tyler’s on-stage mishap, White shared some on-stage disasters of her own, while the others discussed how they’re preparing for the sitcom’s first-ever live taping!
