It’s Valentine’s Week on CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” and things are turning red, blue and just a little crazy, especially when Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) is part of the equation.
Pulling Double Duty
After directing an episode in November, which aired earlier this month, “The Bold and the Beautiful’s” Heather Tom (Katie Logan) is being given another go at the directing chair. The actress announced on her Instagram page yesterday that she’ll be directing an episode of the daytime soap on Wednesday, February 3, which will air Monday, March 14 on CBS and Pop.
Get ready for a night of fun with one of daytime’s baddest boys: “The Bold and the Beautiful” star Sean Kanan (Deacon Sharpe) will be appearing at the Gaslamp on Wednesday, December 16 for a comedic performance alongside some of his friends including: Grant Cotter (MTV’s “Jerks with Cameras”) and Kate Quigley. The event will be hosted by Zach Miller.
On “The Bold and the Beautiful,” Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) will stop at nothing to prevent Deacon (Sean Kanan) from marrying Quinn (Rena Sofer), “Days of our Lives” features the return of Eileen Davidson as Kristen Dimera, and “The Young and the Restless” is filled with brutal betrayals and numerous revelations that no one saw coming. Is Sharon’s (Sharon Case) life in danger?
CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” will air its 7,000th episode on Friday, January 23, and in honor of the happy occasion, the network announced that the episode will break from tradition and instead feature a retrospective documentary that will highlight some of the show’s most iconic moments and a look back at its creation. The episode will also include commentary from the cast, fashion shown throughout its near three decades on air, several unforgettable guest star appearances, original screen test footage and much more.
“The Bold and the Beautiful’s” Katherine Kelly Lang is returning to “The Bold and the Beautiful” in January 2015, and the Forrester family better watch out!
WATCH: ‘The Colbert Report’s’ Hilarious Coverage of ‘B&B’ Producer Colleen Bell’s U.S. Ambassadorship to Hungary
On the Thursday, December 4 broadcast of Comedy Central’s “The Colbert Report,” host Stephen Colbert covered the ambassadorship of “The Bold and the Beautiful” producer Colleen Bell, wife of head writer and executive producer, Bradley P. Bell, with a hilarious take on the drama surrounding her confirmation following some lively comments from Senator John McCain, who strongly disagreed with President Obama’s choice of Bell for the position. “We’re about to vote on a totally unqualified individual to be ambassador to a nation which is very important to our national security interest. Her qualifications are as a producer of the television soap opera ‘The Bold and The Beautiful,’ contributed 800,000 [dollars] to Obama in the last election and bundled more than $2.1 million for President Obama’s re-election effort,” said McCain on the Senate floor on Tuesday, December 2, just before Bell was confirmed as the U.S. Ambassador to Hungary with a vote of 52-42.
If you tuned into the Friday, October 24 episode of ABC’s “General Hospital,” you may have noticed a familiar face with a new do. Actress Kelly Sullivan returned as the spirit of Connie Falconeri, who was murdered last year by Ava Jerome (Maura West), in scenes with Maurice Benard‘s Sonny Corinthos. The return of a normally blonde Sullivan to “GH” comes just days before the actress is set to make her debut as a brunette Sage Warner on CBS’ “The Young and the Restless.”
Although CBS is not broadcasting the awards itself this year, the network announced today that it’ll celebrate “The 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards” with six days of Twitter chats with several of its stars, producers and executives from CBS Daytime’s “The Young and the Restless,” “The Bold and the Beautiful,” “The Talk,” “Let’s Make a Deal” and “The Price is Right.” The chats will take place every weekday beginning Friday, June 13 and running through Friday, June 20, leading up to daytime’s biggest night on Sunday, June 22. While he isn’t nominated for an Emmy this year, “B&B’s” Sean Kanan kicks things off beginning tomorrow, June 13, which also happens to coincide with his return to the world’s most watched daytime soap opera when his character Deacon Sharpe reunites with his daughter, Hope Logan (Kim Matula). Also taking part in Twitter chats are “Y&R’s” Steve Burton (Dylan McAvoy), Doug Davidson…
On Friday, June 13, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) returns to CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful.” In a newly released promo highlighting his return, the drama series warns viewers to prepare for the shock of the summer.
