ABC has consistently brought soap-worthy programming to primetime (“Desperate Housewives” and “Revenge,” to name but two), and the schedule for this fall is no different: Intermixing with popular mainstay shows like “The Middle,” “Modern Family,” and “Grey’s Anatomy,” come thirteen brand new shows, a few of which may spur “General Hospital” and other daytime soaps to come to mind! PREVIOUS 3/3/13 8:40 PM ET: According to his Twitter page, “Rock of Ages” understudy Jake Boyd has joined the cast of TOLN’s “All My Children” in the role of Dylan Wilder. Information on the character was unknown at press time.

As you can imagine, the list comprises of former daytime soap stars who’ve either gone on to host their own talk show or headline a top ranked primetime series, or in the case of primetime soap stars – gotten richer!
