One week ago today, TMZ reported that Michael Muhney was fired from CBS’ “The Young and the Restless” last month following allegations that he groped the breasts of one of his co-stars. Since then, several actors from the daytime drama series have spoken out on social media in support of Hunter King (Summer Newman), the alleged victim of the groping. Two actors from the series (Eric Braeden and Jerry Douglas) recently conducted interviews discussing Muhney’s behavior on set and indirectly commented on the behind the scenes turmoil since the story hit mainstream media. Earlier this morning, following a tweet to King by a fan that read, “if ur being manipulated into this u need to be strong & tell the truth. Ur young & talented. There will be life after #YR,” Kristoff St. John (Neil Winters) took issue with the tweet and responded with, “You have been deceived, lied to. Those of us in the know, are in the KNOW. #TruthWillSetYouFree.” But that’s not where the tweets ended.

The banner fans pulled together $785 for in honor of their favorite actor, Michael Muhney, who was fired last month from “The Young and the Restless” amidst allegations he fondled the breasts of one of his co-stars, finally flew over the CBS Television City Studios on Thursday, January 9, which wasn’t the actual intended studio, reports TMZ.

While several actors from “The Young and the Restless” have indirectly acknowledged the scandal surrounding Michael Muhney’s (Adam Newman) firing last month and subsequent allegations he groped the breasts of Hunter King (Summer Newman) via social media, no actor has acknowledged the situation as publicly as the legendary Eric Braeden (Victor Newman).

“The Young and the Restless'” Robert Adamson (Noah Newman) is the latest actor from the series to speak out in light of the vitriol spouted on social media against co-star Hunter King (Summer Newman) following allegations that Michael Muhney (soon-to-be ex-Adam Newman) groped her breasts, which reportedly is what ultimately resulted in his firing last month.

In honor of her upcoming appearance, the show released an image of the actress on set posing with “GH” executive producer Frank Valentini and actor Roger Howarth (Franco).
