With so many twists and turns, it would be one hell of a ride. And Cane’s alter ego, Goddard, recently revealed to Soap Opera Network that their tumultuous connection is about to get a lot wilder!

“As the World Turns’” alums Scott DeFreitas (ex-Andy Dixon) and Maura West (ex-Carly Tenney; Ava Jerome, “General Hospital;” ex-Diane Jenkins, “The Young and the Restless”) have been in the spotlight for years, and their son, Joe West, seems to be following in his parent’s footsteps!

CBS has released an on air promo touting all the sexy hitting its daytime programming consisting of “The Young and the Restless,” “The Bold and the Beautiful,” “The Price is Right,” “Let’s Make a Deal” and “The Talk.” The just released promo features some of the hot, sexy and very shirtless men of CBS Daytime.

“I’ll be spending my nights at TVGN,” says Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to Billy Abbott (Billy Miller), who walks in on his wife after hearing her say to an unknown individual, “My husband doesn’t know…at least not yet,” in a just released promo touting the “The Young and the Restless'” move to TVGN. “I was hoping you’d come with me,” she tells Billy.

If anyone knows what it’s like to play a quintessential soap opera character, it’s “Days of our Lives’” Eileen Davidson (Kristen Blake; ex-Ashley Abbott, “The Young and the Restless;” ex-Ashley Abbott, “The Bold and the Beautiful;” ex-Kelly Capwell, “Santa Barbara”). During her 1993 to 1998 stint in Salem, she played everything from helping save Marlena (Deidre Hall) from satanic possession, being presumed dead, buying a baby and even playing four other characters (Susan, Thomas, Sister Mary Moira and Penelope) in addition to her original role as Stefano’s adopted daughter. And the madness hasn’t slowed down since she’s returned to the show for a second run! “The storylines are always pretty nutty for Kristen,” the actress says with a laugh. “It doesn’t stop, that’s for sure.”

You’d think that because “The Young and the Restless’” Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea Newman; ex-Annie Chandler, “All My Children”) has been an onscreen bride more times than she can count on one hand, her motto would be “matrimony, schmatrimony.” But when Soap Opera Network caught up with the blushing bride-to-be, that wasn’t the case at all! She was more than thrilled to open up about her upcoming big day and why her fiancé, Matt Katrosar, was able to so easily steal her heart.

“The Young and the Restless” and “The Bold and the Beautiful” have had their fair share of daddy-centric storylines, and now two of CBS Daytime’s other shows are trying to catch up! Just in time for Father’s Day, both “The Talk” and “The Price is Right” will be featuring special “dad” episodes, and the latter will also be airing a special “high school graduates” episode.

Il Volo, the Italian Opera trio, have been confirmed to perform their hit song “Mas Que Amor” during the “In Memoriam” tribute of the “40th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards,” which will be introduced by “The Young and the Restless’” Max Ehrich (Fenmore Baldwin), Bryton James (Devon Hamilton), Hunter King (Summer Newman), Jess Walton (Jill Foster) and Corbin Bernsen, the son of the late Jeanne Cooper. The tribute is scheduled to honor the legendary actress who died last month.
