They now compete with each other to find out which of them was the most Outstanding Younger Actor in a Daytime Drama Series during “The 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards.”

As previously reported on Friday, June 6, The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences issued a casting call for hosts of its red carpet/social media presentation set to air preceding “The 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards” on Sunday, June 22. The program will be executive produced by Paul Colichman and Stephen Jarchow of Here Media. Today, NATAS announced that they have hired social media experts Brittany Furlan, Lauren Elizabeth, Jessica Harlow and Meghan Rosette.

On Thursday, June 5, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS), which oversees the Daytime Emmy® Awards, announced that on Sunday, June 22, its presentation of “The 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards” will mark the first time the organization will have presented the awards show exclusively online as a live stream. This follows NATAS being unable to secure a television deal for daytime’s biggest night.

As previously reported, “The 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards” will be streamed live online for the first time beginning at 8:00 PM EST/5:00 PM PST on Sunday, June 22, when fans of programming airing between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 PM can tune into www.daytimeemmys.net for the telecast, which will be streamed from the Beverly Hilton Hotel. This is the first time in its history that the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) will be utilizing the online platform to broadcast the awards show, and it does so in the hopes that audiences around the world will be able to engage in an event which celebrates programs that are known internationally and boast a global fan base.
