The wait is almost over for the premiere of the new ABC.com original series, “GH Now,” hosted by “General Hospital’s” Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis). The series, which brings fans closer to their favorite Port Charles denizens than ever before, is set to premiere on ABC.com and the WATCH ABC app on Monday, January 12 with the first three of six episodes, reports TVLine.

KABC featured on set interviews with the likes of Dominic Zamprogna (Dante), Sean Blakemore (Shawn), Jason Thompson (Patrick), Laura Wright (Carly), Ryan Paevey (Nathan) and executive producer Frank Valentini to promote the time slot switch of ABC’s “General Hospital” back to 2:00 PM beginning Monday, September 8 in the Los Angeles market, while it’s New York counterpart, WABC, has released several promos highlighting the sexy storylines and hot stars of the daytime drama series including the aforementioned Thompson and Wright, William deVry (Julian), Maurice Benard (Sonny) and Kirsten Storms (Maxie). “GH” moves back to 3:00 PM in the New York market also on Monday, September 8.

As previously reported, the annual “General Hospital” Fan Club weekend will take place from Thursday, July 31 through Monday, August 4 at the Sportmen’s Lodge Hotel and Events Center in Studio City, CA. Tickets for the Kick Off Cocktail Party, Main Cast and Blast from the Past – Part II events went on sale last week Monday.

On Wednesday, October 23, “General Hospital’s” Jason Thompson (Patrick Drake) will be giving ABC’s “The View” a male perspective on the day’s hot topics as the daytime star is scheduled to co-host the chatfest alongside Sherri Shepherd, Jenny McCarthy and Whoopi Goldberg. The Canadian born actor will also be chatting it up with the stars of ABC’s “The Middle” as the cast celebrates the show’s 100th episode airing that night.

Earlier this year, ABC’s “General Hospital” released “Love In Maine,” which was a corporate tie-in with Disney/ABC Television Group’s Hyperpion Books and the debut novel by the fictional “GH” character Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos). Unfortunately, upon release Connie Falconeri had all the credit until TJ (Tequan Richmond), Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Shawn (Sean Blakemore) helped Molly set the record straight on the soap. Five months since the release of “Maine,” Hyperion Books has announced it plans to release the sequel to the novel as an eBook.
