“One Life to Live” January 2012 Episode Counts.

Michael E. Knight will be back delighting fans this February. Knight has been cast in The Blank Theatre Company’s west coast production of “The Cost of the Erection.”

After a successful three-city tour on the east coast, “A Tribute to Pine Valley,” produced and presented by Celebrity Events Group, Soap Opera Digest and Visit Myrtle Beach: South Carolina, is taking the show to the midwest. Beginning today, January 13, the tribute will hit three venues in Wisconsin and Illinois. The tour boasts a cast of some of “All My Children’s” most popular and sustaining actors for a question and answer session as well as an autograph and photo session where you can meet your favorite stars up-close and personal.

After scheduling conflicts reportedly kept her from reprising her signature role of housewife turned hooker Karen Wolek on “One Life to Live” in show’s final months on the air, Judith Light is finally coming back to Llanview…sort of. On Friday, January 13, just three hours before the final “One Life” episode airs, Light will set down on “The View” with several of her former co-stars to recall some of her fondest memories of the soap she called home from 1977-1983.

On Monday, it was revealed that “All My Children” alumna Denise Vasi is set to fill the void that the departure of Stacey Dash is due to leave on the second season of VH1’s “Single Ladies.” Dash, who remains breathtaking at 45 years-old and who is best known for her role in the 1995 hit-film “Clueless” opposite Alicia Silverstone and Brittany Murphy, recently cited her family being based on the opposite coast of where the series films as the reason for her early departure. The rumor mill has cited there’s more to the story and notes unconfirmed friction between the actress and the show producers which includes most notably Queen Latifah. Pertaining to the casting of Vasi, Latifah notes that the actress “is the perfect addition to the cast … She is bringing a fun, new element to the show.”
