“General Hospital” fans and the Quartermaine clan are in for a treat when Jane Elliot reprises her iconic role of Tracy this holiday season.

According to the Soap Opera Digest, which first reported the news, Monica (Leslie Charleson) is “making good on her threat to summon Tracy back to Port Charles” in order to have her deal with Ned (Wally Kurth) and his recent troubles. As a bonus, TV Guide is reporting in its newest issue, on newsstands now, that an “unexpected guest brings joy to the Quartermaine gathering” on a special Thanksgiving Day-themed episode of “GH” airing Monday, November 30. Could this be Tracy Quartermaine? You’ll just have to tune in to find out!

Elliot most recently appeared on the daytime drama series earlier this year for a short arc that began during Christmas 2019. The character departed in February. Elliot first joined the soap in 1978 and had played the role of Tracy Quartermaine off-and-on ever since both on “GH” and “The City” before opting to retire from the soap in 2017.
