Dancing With the Stars

“Good Morning America” is set to reveal the new “Dancing with the Stars” cast live on Tuesday, March 8, between 7 am and 9 am, on ABC. Over the years the competition series has featured an array of daytime stars, most memorably first season champ Kelly Monaco (Sam McCall, “General Hospital”). Might a soap star past or present be in the mix this time around?

Susan Lucci Liza Huber

Susan Lucci (ex-Erica Kane, “All My Children;” Genevieve Delatour, “Devious Maids”) opened up about her grandson’s battle with cerebral palsy on a recent episode of “The Dr. Oz Show.” Together, Lucci and her daughter, Liza Huber (ex-Gwen Winthrop, “Passions”), shared the emotions they went through upon learning Liza’s son Brendan, now 7, had the non-progressive neurological disorder.

An all-new season of FOX’s “Hell’s Kitchen” kicks off on Friday, January 15 and “The Young and the Restless'” Sean Carrigan (Stitch Rayburn) will appear in an upcoming episode as a celebrity diner as host Gordon Ramsay dishes terror among the 18 new chefs competing through an abundance of grueling challenges in order to win the title of Head Chef at BLT Steak, a premier restaurant in Bally’s Las Vegas.

Susan Lucci, former star of “All My Children” (ex-Erica Kane) and a “Dancing with the Stars” contestant, will be joined by Blondie legend Debbie Harry, Christie Brinkley and Brooke Shields for a comedic reading of the 2010 release, “Kardashian Konfidential,” reports The New York Post. The ladies will each be taking on the role of one of the Kardashian sisters – Kourtney, Kim and Khloe – as part of the Celebrity Autobiography performance show on Friday, August 21 at the Guild Hall in East Hampton.

Cameron Mathison, All My Children

After conducting interviews with several of today’s top talents and filing special assignment reports for the newsmagazine on multiple occassions over the past year, CBS Television Distributions’s “Entertainment Tonight” officially announced today the hiring of “All My Children” alum Cameron Mathison (ex-Ryan Lavery) as its new weekend co-anchor and a full-time correspondent. He will also serve as a fill-in anchor for the weekday telecast, hosted by Nancy O’Dell and Kevin Frazier.
