IT HAPPENED TODAY (encore of 03/18/09 episode)…

“No One Ever Said it Would Be This Hard”

Emotions run wild between Nora and Marty. Nora at first unleashes an angry tirade at Marty, who takes responsibility for her mistakes. Nora, however, then admits she blames herself as well for the tragic situation they’re facing. Marty and Nora end up in a fierce embrace, each mother’s heart breaking for both their sons.

Meanwhile, Cole visits Matthew and feels even worse when Matthew absolves him of any guilt. Cole wonders why Matthew doesn’t hate him but Matthew explains he could have made better choices himself. Cole is led off to jail.

Jack pulls no punches with Todd, telling him to clean up his act and come home and be the father they all need.

Téa admits to John that she didn’t stab Lee but also states she doesn’t think Todd did either. John calls Téa on her feelings for Todd and while not admitting the total truth, she doesn’t completely deny his accusation. Todd tells his new attorney he wants to fight for his kids.

Gigi is grateful for Brody’s support.

Bo and Rex are there for one another when they learn about each other’s kids.

  • Blair is beyond angry when Téa shows up at her daughter’s wedding.

Adam’s a marked man as several Pine Valley residents want to see him pay for his sins.

JR spirals out of control but Tad manages to stop him from making a terrible mistake.

Krystal encounters Tad after almost taking things with Adam into her hands.

JR comes across a gun wielding Annie inside the mansion. Aidan frees himself from Annie’s restraints and heads to Adam’s.

David is out for revenge.

Tad sees Zach inside the mansion. Jake and Angie work valiantly to get Ian’s heart beating again. Unaware that Ian is still alive, Kendall wants vengeance for the child she thinks she’s lost.

Michael wakes up to find Lulu at his side and wonders what’s happened to him. Unable to reach Carly because she’s turned her phones off, Lulu finally contacts Sonny with the good news about Michael. Sonny shares an emotional reunion with his son and sends Jason to let Carly know what’s going on. Michael questions why neither Sonny nor Carly were with him when he woke up and doesn’t remember the shooting. Michael has a brief memory of seeing Jax leading Carly out of his room before he woke up. Carly races to Michael’s side and doesn’t pick up on the fact that he’s slightly cool towards her. Claudia worries that Michael will remember her confessing her guilt during the visits she paid him.

Holly evades Luke’s questions about Ethan. Tracy sees red when she finds Holly with Luke. Ethan stuns Lulu when he tells her he might be her brother. Holly arrives on Patrick’s doorstep looking for a place to stay.

Alexis grills Rebecca about the time she spent in Greece, still certain that she’s working with Helena. Rebecca gives Alexis two weeks to dig up any dirt on her, saying she’ll keep her hands off Nikolas during that period. Alexis asks Rayner to do a background on Rebecca and he agrees under the condition that Alexis go out with him.

  • Monday: “Or 4ever Hold Your Peace” — Starr and Cole start their walk down the aisle, but are soon interrupted by John. Todd and Blair don’t like what’s happening.
  • Tuesday: “Can This Marriage Be Saved?”– Rex explains to Gigi his plan to expose Stacy and retrieve the missing stem cells. Gigi warns Rex that they must come clean to Shane first.
  • Wednesday: “You Can Go Home Again” — John and Cole discuss the finer points of his ‘community service.’ Starr and Cole reach a decision on their future.
  • Thursday: “Cocktails at Seven, Dinner at Eight” — Dorian’s hellish dinner party gets underway at La Boulaie. Markko gathers the nerve to stand up to his oppressive father.
  • Friday: “Aunt Misbehavin’”– Cristian is concerned by Kyle’s comments about Officer Oliver Fish. Cristian’s sudden return home places a damper on Fish and Layla’s evening of romance.

    His doubts surfacing after an angry confrontation with Erica, on Monday, July 6, Adam agrees to go along with Kendall’s plan to get answers. Annie panics when Adam tells her he remembers exactly what happened the night Stuart died but she quickly pulls it together and refutes his claim that he saw her shoot Stuart. A deeply regretful Adam is relieved when he sees that Annie didn’t take her chance to cut and run. On Wednesday, July 8, Scott’s play for Marissa flops when a smitten JR arrives at the casino on a mission. Erica and Ryan’s mutual admiration of each other turns into a more than friendly kiss on Thursday, July 9. The duo’s fun afternoon ends with a mishap that leads to a bit of an awkward moment: Kendall finding her mother half-naked in Ryan’s penthouse on Friday, July 10! David takes notice of both Liza and Jake’s strange behavior when Stuart arrives at the hospital with a fever. Marissa offers to lend David a hand after he fills her in on his theory about baby Stuart on Monday, July 13. David gets a DNA sample from Stuart. Jack removes himself from Kendall’s case after she lets it slip that she, not Zach, ran Greenlee off the road. Zach blackmails Liza into representing Kendall. Ryan and Aidan conclude it’s time to put their attachments to Kendall and Annie, respectively, behind them. Annie gets Adam right where she wants him.

    The Inside Story: Murder She Wrote
    Randi tries to fight off North who won’t take no for an answer. North is rendered unconscious after Randi hits him with a bookend. The D.A. is relieved to find Madison standing over him after regaining consciousness but assistance is the last thing Mrs. North has in mind for her husband. Randi realizes she lost an earring in North’s room. Jesse finds Randi kneeling over North’s dead body on Monday, July 6. Zach heads to North’s D.C. hotel room after Madison cryptically informs him that he and Kendall don’t have to worry about her husband anymore. Determined to protect a very scared…and pregnant Randi from doing time, Jesse straps North into his car and pushes it off a cliff. Zach senses something’s amiss. Jesse pretends to be surprised when Randi attributes her nerves to being pregnant on Thursday, July 9. Zach, who suspects foul play, questions Randi who claims that she did not go to in D.C. Madison is shocked when Zach reveals that there was no sign of her husband in his D.C. hotel room. North and his car are found at the bottom of a ravine. Kendall wonders if Zach had any involvement in North’s death. Jesse’s trip to D.C. provides good news for Randi when a detective places Mrs. Hubbard’s missing earring into Jesse’s hands and informs the cop that the surveillance tapes from the hotel have vanished. Zach and Jesse suspect that each knows more than they’re saying on Friday, July 10. Alone, Madison watches the missing hotel surveillance tapes. Madison offers Zach her husband’s files on Kendall’s case. The widow tells a suspicious Zach that Randi killed her husband, and that Jesse was involved – and also claims to have destroyed the tapes of the crime.

      Carly throws Sonny and Michael for a loop on Monday, July 6, when she not only under reacts to Michael’s stunt but hands him a temporary driver’s permit. Maxie and Spinelli, separately, turn to Patrick for help in avoiding a Karaoke night disaster. On Wednesday, July 8, an impressed Maxie overhears Spinelli singing like an angel. Spinelli tells Maxie that his love for her made him sing better; a fraud that threatens to be exposed when Spinelli’s pitch enhancing device lands right into a pitcher of beer. Unable to continue to fight Maxie’s pressure to perform…at Karaoke night, a terrified Spinelli takes to the stage on Monday, July 13! Rebecca, Nikolas, Ethan, Lucky, Lulu and Elizabeth all end up at Jake’s inaugural Karaoke night on Friday, July 10. Rebecca tells an angry Ethan that she refused Nikolas’ offer to supplement her salary. Ethan’s jealousy mounts as he watches Rebecca and Nikolas together. Jason temporarily loses his ability to speak when he finds Sam in a very sexy outfit (for the job).

      The Inside Story: The (New) Family
      Sonny orders Jason and Johnny to eliminate the Zacchara gunman that menaced Carly and his boys. Johnny and Jason eliminate two more gunmen upon arrival at the Zacchara hideout but find that they’ve just missed their real target, Dominic, again. Dominic grabs Olivia … who greets him as her son (with Sonny), Dante. Mother and son get reacquainted but keep their secrets in tact on Wednesday, July 8. Jason is brought in for questioning pertaining to the murdered Zacchara gunmen. On Friday, July 10, Dominic puts his life at risk when he arrives at Sonny’s just as Carly’s there to identify the Zacchara gunman. Anthony lies through his teeth and claims to be faultless in causing the strife between Sonny and the Zacchara’s when Jason pays him a visit on Monday, July 13. Sonny ignores Claudia’s objections and tells Dominic he’s going to give him a chance to prove himself. Claudia and Sonny’s strife continues. Sonny heads to Olivia’s where their heated argument ends with a passionate kiss.

      A Closer Look: Crime & Justice
      Andrea eavesdrops on Robin telling Patrick that she believes Andrea is the real murderer. Alexis becomes the unfortunate victim of Andrea’s agenda to throw Patrick and Robin off her scent on Monday, July 6. After a close-call with Kristina at Alexis’ house, Andrea plants e-mails on Alexis’ computer that make it seem as though she is obsessed with Mayor Floyd. Kristina promptly finds the e-mails and angrily accuses her mother of being a liar. Forging on with her plot, on Thursday, July 9, Andrea invites Alexis to meet her at the Metro Court and creates a scene which makes the D.A. look very bad right in front of Patrick and Robin. Diane begs Jason to stay in jail a little bit longer to help Alexis with her image problems. Patrick grows suspicious of Alexis. Diane informs Alexis that the e-mail’s have been made public. Alexis learns she’s been suspended from her duties as D.A. on Friday, July 10.

        OLTL PreVUE: Week of July 6 Edition

        Natalie makes amends with Jessica for being wrong about Brody. Bo urges Brody in apply for the Police Academy. Bo and Nora are there for Matthew, as he struggles with physical therapy on Tuesday, July 7. Shaun confesses to Destiny that he’d like to explore a relationship with Rachel. Schuyler and Rachel discuss their feelings for Gigi and Shaun. After receiving some important words of wisdom from Viki, Clint knows what he has to do on Tuesday, July 7. While admitting that their are risks associated with the procedure, Greg tells Bo, Nora, and Matthew that he is confident that the boy will walk again. After Nora voices her concerns over the surgery, Matthew becomes angry that his parents have changed their minds. Greg’s attitude turns Rachel off. Shaun tells Rachel that he would like to spend more time with her. Elsewhere in Llanview, Noelle guilts Viki, Charlie, Moe, and Shaun into attending Dorian’s dinner party with the Riveras on Thursday, July 9. Once the event is in full swing, Ernesto questions Dorian about pouring booze down Charlie’s throat. Realizing the pain it caused the recovering alcoholic, Dorian offers Charlie a sincere apology. When Dorian fails to change Ernesto’s opinion of her, Markko stands up to his father. Making is perfectly clear that he will not break up with Langston under any circumstances, Markko goes as far as to threaten to take Langston to her bedroom and have his way with her. Ernesto throws his son out of his home on Friday, July 10. While on their date at the Palace, Fish gets hot under the collar when Layla tells him that their waiter was flirting with him. Meanwhile, Cristian quizzes Kyle about Fish, and doesn’t like what he hears. Heading home, Cristian arrives just as Fish and Layla are beginning to get close.

        The Inside Story: Here Comes the Bride
        Blair is beside herself when Todd shows up at their daughter’s wedding with Téa at his side. Meanwhile Cole tries to ease Starr’s fears, reminding her that they are nothing like her parents. The arrival of the Justice of the Peace on Monday, July 6, causes Blair and Todd to bite their tongues. Across town, John successfully attempts to persuade Judge Runyon to allow Cole to go undercover in lieu of jail time. Rushing back to La Boulaie, John arrives just as Starr and Cole are about to be pronounced man and wife. When John announces that Cole will not be going to jail, he and Starr ponder what to do next. Téa understands that Todd is bummed about Cole’s newfound freedom. On Wednesday, July 8, Starr thinks she and Cole should wait to get married. Initially hurt by her decision, Cole soon sees Starr’s point-of-view. Afterward, the pair announce that, while they have decided not to get married now, they will remain a couple and raise Hope together. John takes Marty and Cole to the police station, where he tells Cole that the two of them will be going undercover together.

        A Closer Look: Scheming the Schemer
        Rex gives Gigi the bad news that he was unable to locate the mystery bag of blood. Stacy’s attempts to seduce Rex are thwarted when he rejects her advances. Schuyler decides to set on the news that Rex and Stacy slept together for the time being. Rex clues Gigi in on his new plan to get out of Stacy’s orbit on Tuesday, July 7, explaining that they will pretend that Shane has suffered a relapse, and then follow Stacy when she goes to retrieve the extra bag of stem cells. Although reluctant at first, believing that they are tempting fate, Gigi gives in, but not before reminding Rex that they will have to tell Shane the truth. By Wednesday, July 8, Gigi fears her relationship with Rex will never be the same and is afraid that he no longer loves her as he once did. As Rex attempts to explain his feelings to Gigi, she regrets keeping the truth from him for so long. However, Rex reassures her that their love remains strong, and they become intimate. Later, Schuyler calls Rex to ask him why he hasn’t confessed to Gigi that he slept with her sister. On Thursday, July 9, Rex asks Schuyler exactly what he believes Stacy is capable of. Meanwhile, a devious Stacy taunts Gigi with the claim that she and Rex made love. Later, however, when Gigi confronts Rex about Stacy’s accusation, he says that she is lying. Stacy’s nerves are rattled by Roxy’s visit. Shane is happy that his little family is reunited on Friday, July 10, when Rex and Gigi let him in on their little plan. And Roxy has no idea that Shane’s real stem cell donor is still alive.

          “Nice Day for a White Wedding”

          Langston helps Starr get ready for her wedding. Marty gives Cole the ring his father gave her to give to Starr. Blair surmises that Todd spent the night with Téa and admits to Addie that it bothers her. Todd asks Téa to come to the wedding with him, claiming he needs her support.

          John faces an uphill battle when he asks the judge to allow Cole to go undercover to infiltrate the drug ring instead of being sent to prison.

          Dorian has her work cut out for her when she tries to convince Viki, Charlie, Moe and Shaun to attend the dinner party she’s throwing in order to try and repair the damage she caused for Langston with Markko’s parents. Meanwhile, Markko has his hands full convincing his parents to attend Dorian’s dinner.

          Jessica encourages Brody to apply to the police academy.

          (SoapOperaNetwork.com) — “All My Children” Episode Recap – Thursday, July 2, 2009.


          Randi reveals her past with North to Zach. Zach advises Randi to keep her distance from North. Wanting to help Kendall and Jesse, Randi arrives at North’s hotel room looking to make a deal.

          Kendall has terrifying visions of her loved ones being forced to testify against her. Zach and Ryan fear Kendall might do something that will only add to her troubles.

          Annie isn’t completely honest when Adam asks her to tell him everything she remembers about the night of the murder. Annie stops Adam from calling the cops on Aidan after he’s caught spying on them. Erica confronts Annie, who reaches her breaking point and lunges for Erica’s throat.
