The vast majority of daytime broadcast either set or tied their season/series low in the key sales demos during the week of August 11-15, 2025.
“The Bold and the Beautiful” and “Beyond the Gates” saw week-to-week gains among viewers while “GMA3” tied its series low among Women 18-49 during the week of August 4-8, 2025.
Attracting what appears to be its largest audience of the season, “General Hospital” saw impressive week-to-week and year-over-year gains during the week of July 28-August 1, 2025.
“The Young and the Restless” continued to dominate among Total Viewers, while “General Hospital” saw gains in key demos during the week of July 21-25, 2025.
CBS’ lineup of soaps and game shows saw week-to-week and year-over-year gains in the key demos, while “GMA3” on ABC returned to series lows during the week of July 14-18, 2025.
“Beyond the Gates” returned to originals within range of prior averages, while most other shows saw gains among Total Viewers during the week of July 7-11, 2025.
“Beyond the Gates” repeats perform better than expected, plus “The Price is Right” and “NBC News Daily” buck the trend during the week of June 30-July 4, 2025.
DeMarco Morgan is officially out as co-anchor of “GMA3” and has also exited ABC News, news president Almin Karamehmedovic announced on Monday.
Eva Pilgrim is exiting “GMA3” to anchor “Inside Edition” as the syndicated newsmagazine launches its 38th season in the fall. She formally replaces Deborah Norville.
