While the two-week Disney/YouTube TV carriage dispute didn’t resolve until late Friday evening, November 14, it didn’t seem to deter “General Hospital” fans from finding other ways to watch their favorite ABC daytime drama series during the week of November 10-14, 2025.
For the week, the long-running soap opera was up +0.03 week-to-week among Women 18-49 (0.17 rating vs. 0.14 rating) and up +0.01 among Women 25-54 (0.22 rating vs. 0.21 rating), though the show remained considerably down in the latter category compared to its performance during the same week last year (0.22 rating vs. 0.32 rating). With 1.803 million viewers tuning in, the show was up +14,000 viewers week-to-week.
Although its performance will not factor into its official season average due to being retitled “View-ABC” under Nielsen rules, “The View” averaged 2.345 million viewers for the week, and marked season highs among Women 18-49 (0.23 rating) and Women 25-54 (0.33 rating).
At CBS, “The Bold and the Beautiful” was once again the top soap among Women 18-49, marking the sixth time in eight weeks that the half-hour drama has beaten or tied its lead-in, “The Young and the Restless,” for No. 1 among soaps. Meanwhile, both half hours of “The Price is Right” remain tops in both key sales demographics.
With a 0.23 rating, “The Bold and the Beautiful” was up +0.01 week-to-week among Women 18-49, though it lost some ground among Women 25-54 (0.33 rating vs. 0.35 rating). The series did manage to gain +103,000 viewers compared to the previous week (2.569 million vs. 2.466 million), and it posted its best overall performance among Total Viewers in four weeks. Also seeing week-to-week gains and marking season highs were both half hours of “The Price is Right” (4.319 million – part two / 3.853 million – part one).
Despite being down week-to-week among Women 18-49 (0.21 rating vs. 0.24 rating) and Women 25-54 (0.36 rating vs. 0.42 rating), “The Young and the Restless” still managed to see an slight uptick among Total Viewers, up +11,000 (2.860 million vs. 2.849 million).
“Beyond the Gates” was up +22,000 viewers week-to-week (1.553 million vs. 1.531 million), while remaining flat among Women 25-54 (0.25 rating) and ahead of time slot competitor “General Hospital” (0.25 rating vs. 0.22 rating). The new CBS soap opera was down -0.01 among Women 18-49, and down just a bit compared to the year ago performance of former time slot holder “The Talk” in both demographics. That said, “Beyond the Gates” attracted +332,000 more viewers this year than “The Talk” last year (1.553 million vs. 1.221 million).
“NBC News Daily” continues to shine this season, up +196,000 viewers compared to the same week last year (1.356 million vs. 1.160 million). Another standout is both half hours of “Let’s Make a Deal,” each marking season highs among Total Viewers (2.541 million – part two / 2.163 million – part one).
