Queen of Soaps Susan Lucci (Genevieve Delatour, “Devious Maids;” Erica Kane “All My Children”) is adding one more accomplishment to her long list of admirable achievements: She’ll be returning as host for the 13th Annual UCP of NYC Women Who Care luncheon!
Former “All My Children” actress Susan Lucci (ex-Erica Kane) has been filming Lifetime’s “Devious Maids” and Investigation Discovery’s “Deadly Affairs” since the ABC sudser went off the air back in 2011, but just what else has the busy actress been up to?
Actress Paula Garces (“Devious Maids;” ex-Lea Marquez, “All My Children”) and her husband, Antonio Hernandez, have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving: On Wednesday, November 20, the couple welcomed their first child together into the world!
“Days of our Lives’” alum Eric Winter (ex-Rex DiMera) may spend a lot of his time filming Lifetime’s “Witches of East End,” but when he and his wife, Rosalyn Sanchez (“Devious Maids”), heard about a new venture their friend, George Valencia, was starting with Judy Reyes (“Devious Maids”), they had to sign up. The project? An animated children’s show called “La Golda,” which features an 8-year-old orphan with two passions: soccer and building a better world for kids.
She may be the Queen of Soaps, but Susan Lucci (ex-Erica Kane, “All My Children;” Genevieve Delatour, “Devious Maids”) didn’t let the royal title stop her from donning quite a peculiar piece of clothing during her time in the “AMC” spotlight.
“Devious Maids” star Paula Garces (Lea Marquez, “All My Children”) won’t have any trouble finding a fellow playdate mommy once her bundle of joy arrives this fall: Her “Maids” co-star Dania Ramirez is also expecting — twins!
Susan Lucci has been busy filming “Devious Maids” and “Deadly Affairs,” all the while trying to swing by her old stomping grounds, “All My Children,” where she played Erica Kane from 1970 to 2011. She’s also taken the time to help promote the Smithsonian’s upcoming daytime television exhibit, and she appeared on “Katie” today. But that’s not all the Queen of Soaps has been up to! Soap Opera Network just got word that the New York native will be hosting this year’s Rock the Dock Summer Bash benefiting the Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor, NY.
Set your DVRs folks, because Susan Lucci (ex-Erika Kane, “All My Children;” Genevieve Delatour, “Devious Maids”) is headed to the daytime talk show, “Katie!”
If you haven’t tuned in to see “All My Children’s” Susan Lucci (ex-Erika Kane) on her new series, “Devious Maids,” then now might be the perfect time: She and her fellow castmates will be tweeting with fans during this Sunday’s broadcast!
With word that “All My Children’s” Eden Riegel (Bianca Montgomery) was with child, you’d think that would be enough for the writing team of The OnLine Network’s popular anytime soap to handle (deciding whether to somehow write it in or to not, if even remotely possible), but now comes word that another actress is also with child!
