Here’s what’s coming up on The Young and the Restless the week of January 18 to 22, 2016:
Wilson Bethel (ex-Ryder Callahan, “The Young and the Restless”) continues to rack up the primetime work. The actor has been cast on ABC hit drama, “How to Get Away with Murder.”
Jen Lilley (Theresa Donovan, “Days of our Lives”) has partnered with Be Your Own You to design a new limited edition clothing line to benefit Childhelp, an organization dedicated to helping victims of child abuse through treatment programs, advocacy centers and group homes.
Cookie, Lucious and the entire Lyon family will be back. “Empire” has been renewed for a third season by FOX. The announcement was made today during the network’s portion of the 2016 Winter Television Critics Association Press Tour by Gary Newman and Dana Walden, Chairmen and CEOs, Fox Television Group.
Edith González returns to Telemundo for the starring role in “Eva La Trailera,” premiering Tuesday, January 26 at 9p. The Mexican soap actress last appeared on the Spanish-language network in 2008 in “Doña Bárbara.”
“General Hospital’s” Parry Shen (Brad Cooper) is heading to “Dancing With the Stars” — with his daughters, Avery and Kori. The actor got a personal invite to the show from dancer Karina Smirnoff, who’s playing his wife in the film “Swing State.”
Lachlan Buchanan (Kyle Abbott, “The Young and the Restless”) is headed to “Teen Wolf.” He’ll guest star in a special flashback episode airing February 23.
“Days of our Lives” alum Nathan Owens (ex-Cameron Davis) is returning to “Devious Maids”, when the show debuts its fourth season. And he’s been promoted from recurring character to series regular.
