Outside of an appearance in the tribute episode dedicated to the late John Reilly and his character Sean Donely in May, actress Kristina Wagner has been pretty much missing in action on “General Hospital” with her character, Felicia Jones Scorpio, only being mentioned off-screen off and on by daughter Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). That’ll soon change according to a recent tweet by Wagner who indicated a return to the show in the near future.
On Tuesday, November 30, Wagner tweeted, “Tomorrow I head back to work on General Hospital! Lucky me. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of that family once again. Here we go. More to come. Felicia Scorpio rides again.”
No additional information was shared by Wagner but fans should at least expect to see her back on screen at some point later this month.
With the exception of the aforementioned tribute episode, Wagner hadn’t appeared on the soap since it returned to production in July 2020 following its forced COVID-19 shutdown. The actress joined the cast in 1984.
