“The Young and the Restless’” Max Ehrich (Fenmore Baldwin) hasn’t been seen much in Genoa City these days, but the young actor is still very much a part of the CBS family — as computer hacker Hunter on the network’s primetime series, “Under the Dome!” Soap Opera Network caught up with Ehrich shortly after he returned from North Carolina (where “Dome” films) to get the scoop on his new nighttime alter ego and when fans can look forward to seeing him back at “Y&R!”

As we previously reported, “The Young and the Restless’” is honoring the one-year anniversary of Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) onscreen death with a remembrance ceremony in Chancellor Park. The touching episodes began yesterday, Tuesday, August 26, with a special appearance by Michael Fairman (Patrick Murphy). And today, they continue with a return by Nina (Tricia Cast), who flies in from Los Angeles to honor her dearly departed friend. Tune in today, Wednesday, August 27, to see part two of the special episodes.

Things are about to get downright juicy on “Revenge” when the new season premieres Sunday, September 28 on ABC. In a newly released promo, Victoria Grayson (Madeline Stowe) narrates a dramatic version of Emily Thorne’s (Emily VanCamp) revenge plot against her and her family, but in season four it looks like it’s Victoria’s turn for some revenge. Watch out, Emily!

Since joining the cast of ABC’s “General Hospital” in the recurring role of Spencer Cassadine last year, 8-year-old Nicolas Bechtel has literally stolen the spotlight from some of the veteran cast with his one liners and spot on delivery. Will he do the same when he appears on FOX’s newest comedy “Red Band Society” this fall? Earlier this week Bechtel tweeted, “Atlanta has been great. Working on @RedBandSociety was awesome. Almost time to head back to LA.” Since then fans have wondered what role he’ll end up playing on the Steven Spielberg executive produced series and Soap Opera Network has the scoop!

Last week “General Hospital” executive producer Frank Valentini revealed that there will be plenty of villains hanging around the denizens of Port Charles this fall and he wasn’t kidding. While a show rep issued a “no comment” when contacted by Soap Opera Network, actress Robin Mattson announced on her Facebook page yesterday that she is returning to the daytime soap as Heather Webber in the near future. “Heather is returning to GH soon!” read Mattson’s Facebook posting. Fans last saw Heather in February, when she was carted off to jail.

Rumors began swirling earlier today that an East coast redhead with another life to live had joined a daytime soap. Turns out the redhead in question is none other than Melissa Archer, formerly of ABC and Prospect Park’s “One Life to Live.” Per Soap Opera Digest, Archer has joined the cast of NBC’s “Days of our Lives” in an as yet to be named role.

They say home is where the heart is, and it’s a saying that members of “The Young and the Restless’” Winters family take literally. Not only have brothers Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Malcolm (Shemar Moore) shared Drucilla (Victoria Rowell), Alex (Alexia Robinson), Sofia (Julia Pace Mitchell) and Olivia (Tonya Lee Williams) in some way or another, Neil’s adopted son, Devon (Bryton James), has followed in the family tradition: He and Neil’s wife, Hilary (Mishael Morgan), are secretly in love with each other! Add into the mix Neil’s recent blindness, his past with alcoholism and a flash return visit by his brother, Malcolm, and you’ve got one heck of a mess that’s sure to make “Y&R’s” Fall Sweeps a can’t-miss event! Soap Opera Network met up with St. John to get the scoop on the juicy drama ahead, and he reveals that what you’re seeing now is just the tip of the iceberg!
