Revenge
ALL THINGS RELATED

Earlier today, we reported on changes affecting those viewers who use WATCH ABC to view their favorite ABC programming. In our report, we noted that in order to view the network's shows online or On Demand, viewers would only be able access programming within one week of air if they are a current subscriber to participating TV service providers. This change goes into effect on Monday, January 6. Not in our report was how this change would directly effect ABC Daytime's "The View," "The Chew" and "General Hospital."
In the episode entitled, "Homecoming," allies and enemies scramble to learn what happened the night of Emily Thorne's (Emily VanCamp) wedding, while the Graysons close ranks to protect their own. But when everyone’s a suspect, it's only a matter of time before they tear each other apart. In honor of the primetime guilty pleasures return, TVLine has your exclusive first look at Emily, who is recovering in a hospital after being shot by her husband, Daniel Grayson (Josh Bowman), after he learned that she lied to him and she was not in fact pregnant. In the sneak peek released to the site by ABC, Daniel visits a sleeping Emily, who grabs his arm and frantically asks, "Where am I?" and "Who am I?" Yes, the amnesia storyline staple of daytime television is still powerful enough for primetime.
Tonight on ABC's "Revenge," which returns from a three week hiatus, the wedding of Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) and Daniel Grayson (Josh Bowman) is fast approaching and Emily must put the finishing touches on her final takedown - Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe) herself. In tonight's episode, entitled "Surrender," Victoria learns that Emily is pregnant after a supposed altercation with a recently revealed alive Lydia results in Emily slipping and falling.
ABC’s ‘Castle’ may have had a small production bump due to a reported dispute with star Nathan Fillion (ex-Joey Buchanan, “One Life to Live”), but that hasn’t stopped the casting department from moving forward. And the latest actor they’ve put to work comes from Llanview, too: Yancey Arias (Emilio Gonzales)!
Fans of ABC's "Revenge" might recall that the primetime soap ended on several cliffhangers, one of which was Victoria Grayson (Madeline Stowe) coming face to face with her forgotten son, Patrick. While we didn't get to see his face, there's a perfectly good reason why. The soap only just cast the actor to take on the role! On Friday, July 12, it was announced that Justin Hartley ("Passions," "Arrow", "Emily Owens M.D.," "Smallville") would portray the character that could be the saving grace Victoria needs in light of some family controversies and murders, or he could be the devil ready to get his own revenge on mommy dearest.

The revival of “All My Children” and “One Life to Live” could be just the start of cancelled network shows finding new homes in other places. Not only will “Arrested Development,” a popular comedy Fox cancelled in 2006, continue on Netflix starting Sunday, May 26, but ABC’s recently cancelled ‘Body of Proof’ may get a similar second chance!
