WHAT DO YOU THINK? Comment Below...
  • let the numbers speak

    Congrats to all soaps!
Season average of the top 4 soaps is the best since 2007/08 so far!

    And:

DAYS OF OUR LIVES Equals Its Biggest 4th-Quarter Women 18-49 Audience Since 2010

and delivers its Top 4th-Quarter Overall Audience since ’09!

Yikes! What a crappy week for the numbers. Not totally unexpected considering the holiday.

  • robert

I think the demos were low because of the holiday, and power outages due to winter weather.

DAYS was up +313,000 viewers overall. But in the WOMEN 18-49 down -58,000; in the WOMEN 18-34 down -65,000; in the WOMEN 25-54 down -11,000. SO WHO IS now becoming their viewers? Is in MEN (which is no longer posted)? Teenagers 18 and under, or that “DREADFUL” segment which doesn’t count since they are “old, senile, penniless, non-buying shut-ins” (ACCORDING TO advertsers) the 55+ age group? When is the outdated data samplings that were created when human life expectancy was 66 EVER GOING TO BE REVISED? At 50 I have more money to spend and pay more attention to the commercials than I EVER DID at 26! And that’s when 26 year olds had jobs and lived independently of their PARENTS. Now most 26 year olds live with their 49+ year old parents who do the buying for themselves and the 26 year old they ARE SUPPORTING! COMMENTS?
