Although she'll soon be gracing our screens once again as Sami Brady on "Days of our Lives" in the coming weeks, actress Alison Sweeney will no longer appear in primetime as host of NBC's "The Biggest Loser," it was announced today by the show's producers. With news that Pop will now air same-day rebroadcast episodes of NBC's "Days of our Lives," along with the already airing rebroadcasts of CBS' "The Bold and the Beautiful" and "The Young and the Restless," one can only wonder if the the network may have plans of airing rebroadcasts of ABC's "General Hospital" as well. Sadly, that's not the case.

After a successful airing of "The 42nd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards" earlier this year, Pop TV is proving it's the new home for daytime television in primetime.
