All Things About

Nominees for Outstanding Actor and Actress in a Daytime Drama Series were announced today for “The 45th NAACP Image Awards,” scheduled to air Saturday, February 22 on TV One. “The Young and the Restless” and “The Bold and the Beautiful” were once again dominant in both acting categories.

The Young and the Restless, Hunter King, Joshua Morrow

When a fan of CBS’ “The Young and the Restless” tweeted, “Can all my soap followers do me a favor and send some love and support to @HunterHaleyKing? Thanks! #YR,” following reports of an alleged groping of her breasts by King’s former co-star Michael Muhney (Adam Newman), who was reportedly fired from the drama series last month as a result of the incident, the quest for love and support for the actress, who plays Summer Newman on the daytime soap opera, came in droves.

The Young and the Restless

This past August, “The Young and the Restless” fans saw one of those rare circumstances when behind-the-scenes drama rivals that of the intense drama seen onscreen: actress Christel Khalil (Lily Winters) filed a lawsuit against her talent agency for reportedly being so sloppy and remiss, they sent her on an audition for the very sudser she was already working on!

Fans of “The Young and the Restless’” Redaric Williams (Tyler Michaelson) no doubt view the Michigan native as a hot hunk. But with a business degree from the University of North Texas under his belt as well as the cajones to start his own social media company, he is much more than just a pretty face. But even with the killer combination of brains and brawn, he admitted to Soap Opera Network that he was very nervous to become a part of Genoa City!

The Young and the Restless

“The Young and the Restless’” Mishael Morgan has only been onscreen as Genoa City’s Hilary Curtis for a day, and fans are already a bit worried that she might have her sights set on Daniel Goddard’s Cane. But is it true?! Soap Opera Network caught up with the Trinidad native, who spilled on her alter ego’s thoughts about Cane — and much more!
