THE NUMBERS
CBS’ “The Talk” hit a new season high during the week of November 27-December 1, 2023 among Total Viewers, averaging 1.401 million viewers for the week. This marked the show’s best performance in Total Viewers since the week of May 8-12, 2023* and topped its previous high set during the week of November 13-17, 2023.
For the week, “The Talk” tied “The View” (2.344 million) in both Women 18-49 (0.2 rating) and Women 25-54 (0.3 rating). Among the unrounded demos, the shows were in a virtual tie, with “The Talk” hitting a 0.22 rating vs. “The View” at a 0.23 rating. In unrounded Women 25-54, “The Talk” had a 0.30 rating compared with “The View” and its 0.34 rating.
Tuesday, November 28 and Wednesday, November 29 were the best days for “The Talk” in the key demos with both days hitting a 0.24 rating in unrounded Women 18-49 and a 0.32 rating in unrounded Women 25-54.
The best days for “The View” were Tuesday, November 28 and Thursday, November 30, with the show hitting a 0.25 rating and 0.37 rating in unrounded Women 18-49 and unrounded Women 25-54 on Tuesday, and a 0.26 rating in unrounded Women 18-49 and a 0.35 rating in unrounded Women 25-54 on Thursday.
Compared to one week earlier, “The Talk” gained +78,000 viewers while “The View” was up +11,000 viewers.
“The Talk” beat both “GMA3: What You Need to Know” (1.378 million) and “NBC News Daily” (1.195 million) in Total Viewers and unrounded Women 18-49 rating and unrounded Women 25-54 rating.
