In their fourth outing together in the “Wrong” anthology series of movies where they portray different characters and tackle different tales, “One Life to Live” alum Jessica Morris and “The Young and the Restless” alum Vivica A. Fox reunite in “The Wrong Teacher,” premiering tonight, Friday, December 28 on Lifetime Movie Network. Added bonus: Former soapers Jason-Shane Scott (“OLTL”) and Eric Roberts (“Another World”; “Y&R”) are back too!
In “Teacher,” Morris portrays Charlotte Hansen, a successful teacher and author, who’s found herself involved in a pickle when an obsessed male companion won’t take “no” for an answer. After a passionate, one-night stand with Chris Williams (Philip McElroy), Charlotte learns the young man is just 18-years-old and a new transfer student at the high school where she works. She quickly closes the book on their developing bond for the sake of her career, and her sanity, but he won’t let her go and will stop at nothing to keep her in reach. Adding even more to the drama is the discovery of their relationship by Charlotte’s bosses, Principal Burns (Fox) and Vice Principal Clark (Roberts), and the danger Chris poses to her relationship with Scott (played by Jason-Shane). Will those close to her stand by her, or will she be left not only fighting for her life, literally, but her reputation as well? You’ll just have to tune in to find out!
Part of the network’s “Deadly Resolutions Movie Marathon,” and dubbed a holiday alternative, “The Wrong Teacher” marks the eighth iteration overall in the “Wrong” series and was again directed by David DeCoteau. The movie premieres tonight, Friday, December 28 at 8:00 p.m. EST/7:00 p.m. CST on Lifetime Movie Network.
