‘GH’ Alum Antonio Sabato Jr. Heading to Chippendales


Former “General Hospital” and “General Hospital: Night Shift” superstar and iconic Calvin Klein model Antonio Sabato Jr. is heading to Las Vegas for a limited run as part of the Chippendales Revue.

The actor, who portrayed Jagger Cates on both the ABC Daytime drama series and the SOAPnet original series off and on since joining the soap in the early 1990s, will be appearing at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino as the special celebrity guest host for the revue starting Thursday, May 5 and running through Sunday, June 5. Sabato Jr. will only appear during the Thursday through Sunday performances.

“It’s exciting,” said Sabato Jr. of his decision to join the show during an interview with KTLA this morning. “I’ve been asked to do a lot of things over my career and this is one of them and I’m going to take it with flying colors and do it,” he added.

“I went to see it and I got to tell you man, it was phenomenal. It’s really a Vegas show and you gotta go see it,” shared the actor and model during an interview with “Access Hollywood Live.”
