(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — Labor Day has been called the unofficial start of fall and the last major summer holiday — a day set aside to honor working men and women across the United States.  It’s also a chance for ABC Daytime to take the opportunity to catch viewers up on some of the key moments from the recent past that helped define current storylines.

On Monday, September 6th, instead of showing first-run episodes of your favorite ABC Daytime dramas like “All My Children,” “One Life to Live,” and “General Hospital,” the network has opted to air repeat episodes of the soaps, which originally aired earlier this summer.

So if you want to relive the residents of Pine Valley searching for Erica, Llanview’s Jessica and Natalie each learning they are pregnant, and Port Charles being tormented by James Franco, then this Labor Day ABC has you covered. In case you missed these episodes the first time around, here is preview of what to expect:

  • “All My Children” Episode #10392 (original air date 6/10/10) — Liza tells Damon what Tad did to her all those years ago (slept with her mom) and doesn’t want him hurting Colby the same way. Tad admits to Colby that he wants the same happiness as Jake and says he has feelings for Liza. Sexual tension is high between Tad and Liza and they kiss. They agree to give things a shot. Greenlee tells Ryan that she knows where Erica is but won’t give any further details. Krystal and Jackson head to West Virginia to find Erica. Angie recovers from collapsing and reassures Jesse that she’ll be fine.

  • “One Life to Live” Episode #10731 (original air date 07/21/10) — After finding out they are pregnant, Natalie doesn’t know if John or Brody is the father and Jessica doesn’t know if Ford or Brody is the father. They see each other on the way out of the ER and both say the doctors told them it was nothing. Natalie tells Gigi and Jessica tells Kelly about their situation. Rex and Kelly decide to investigate the Bennett Thompsons lead in Boston. Gigi is accepted to LU. Todd and Téa tell Dani they’re getting married and she congratulates them. Todd and Téa make love and she tells him she’s glad he is there for her. Dani talks to Greg about a possible cure for cancer she found on the Internet. Viki and Charlie agree their plan to put Dorian and David back together backfired. They decide to avoid them by taking a vacation and head off to the Caribbean.

  • “General Hospital” Episode #12106 (original air date 07/23/10) — Jason gets a message from Franco and the situation comes to a head. Lucky, Nik and Liz realize who has taken the baby. Warren’s rampage at General Hospital leaves people injured. While Jax charms the Contessa Fernanda de la Barca, who has control of Alcazar’s millions, Skye gets access to the Contessa’s office and steals back Alcazar’s fortune.

Original episodes of your favorite ABC soaps return Tuesday, September 7th.

“All My Children,” “One Life to Live,” and “General Hospitat” air Weekdays on ABC. Weeknights on SOAPnet. Anytime on ABC.com and SOAPnet.com. Check local listings.
