Right along with the Horton family Christmas celebration, fans of NBC's "Days of our Lives" can look forward to another tradition continuing. In conjunction with the new season launch of "Deadly Affairs" starring Susan Lucci ("All My Children," "Devious Maids") on Saturday, August 16 at 10:00 PM ET/9:00 PM CT, Investigation Discovery has announced the return of its daytime soap block hosted by several adored past and present soap stars. The block consists of encore episodes of some of the network's most scandalous series, such as "Wives with Knives," "My Dirty Little Secret," "Scorned: Love Kills" and "Evil Twins." Taking in the soap block as hosts are "General Hospital’s" Lynn Herring and Kin Shriner, "Days of our Lives’" Mary Beth Evans and Wally Kurth, Lamon Archey from "The Young and the Restless," Darnell Williams from "All My Children" and telenovela actress Katie Barberi ("Dona Barbara"). The block kicks off Monday, August 25 with "Sinful Secrets Week."

A lot of actors may gush about how finding success in the crazy world of entertainment is a blessing, but when “The Young and the Restless’” Mishael Morgan (Hilary Curtis) says it, she means it — literally! And that’s because a horrific accident nearly ruined her chances at becoming a daytime star, or anything else for that matter. Soap Opera Network caught up with the actress to get the scoop on her near-death experience as well as how a lucky streak has landed her smack dab in the middle of the popular Genoa City father/son duo of Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Devon (Bryton James)!

Fans have seen “The Young and the Restless’” Lamon Archey (Mason Wilder) tackle some pretty dramatic material in the year he’s been a part of Genoa City, but the actor’s latest role just may have the power to put those scenes to shame: He’s been cast as a lead in the indie short "The B Word," which brings awareness to the disease bulimia nervosa.

Get ready to scream in fright (or perhaps delight), because Soap Opera Network managed to get our hands on some deliciously devilish Halloween pictures from a few of your favorite “Days of Our Lives” and “The Young and the Restless” stars! From a pretty princess to a sinister slicer, these actors really know how to dress the part! But do you dare read on to find out witch was witch? If so, be warned: It’s hair-raising, spirit-satisfying fun!

CBS Daytime's "The Price is Right" and "The Bold and the Beautiful" are joining forces with "The Young and the Restless" to pay tribute to the life of the late Jeanne Cooper, who for more than 39 years portrayed Katherine Chancellor on daytime's most watched drama series.

On Tuesday, March 26, CBS' "The Young and the Restless" will celebrate its 40th anniversary and in honor of the event, stars from the daytime drama series will be popping up on multiple CBS Daytime programs. As previously reported, Peter Bergman (Jack Abbott), Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea Newman), Amelia Heinle (Victoria Newman Abbott), Joshua Morrow (Nicholas Newman), Michael Muhney (Adam Newman), Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki Newman), Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) and Kristoff St. John (Neil Winters) will appear on the Monday, March 25 celebratory edition of "The Talk."
