Fans of “The Bold and the Beautiful’s” Karen Spencer may be in luck: The character’s portrayer, Joanna Johnson, has teased that she may soon be headed back to the soap opera!

As first reported by Soap Opera Digest, Ilene Kristen (ex-Roxy Balsom, “One Life to Live”) will again be reprising her “Ryan’s Hope” role of Delia Ryan on ABC’s “General Hospital.”

Friday, January 17 marked the final tape date for “Days of our Lives'” Camila Banus (Gabi Hernandez), who joined the soap in October 2010. The actress announced plans to depart the soap in an August 2013 interview with Soap Opera Uncensored.

In an exclusive interview with TV Guide’s Michael Logan, “The Young and the Restless'” David Tom reveals that he had to audition for the role of Billy Abbott when the series was looking to recast the character when contract talks between current portrayer Billy Miller and Sony Pictures Television proved to be unsuccessful. This was despite the fact that Tom garnered two Daytime Emmy Award nominations in the category of Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series in 2000 and 2001 (he won in 2000) for his portrayal of the character.
