Released in theaters on March 25, and grossing $163.2 million at the worldwide box office, “The Lost City” starring Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum is now available to stream on Paramount+ in the U.S. and Canada and in Australia, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Italy later this year.
The movie follows novelist Loretta Sage (Bullock) as she lives a real-life adventure from the pages of her books, dealing with ancient tombs and daring adventures when she is kidnapped by an eccentric billionaire (Daniel Radcliffe) wanting to locate a legendary lost city. With the help of Loretta’s handsome cover model, Alan ( Tatum), sets off on a heroic but hapless rescue mission to save her. Thrust into an epic thrill ride through the jungle, the unlikely pair must work together to survive the elements and survive each other, to find the city’s fabled treasure before it’s lost forever.
Produced by Paramount Pictures and Fortis Films, 3dot Productions, and Exhibit A production companies, the uproarious film features an all-star cast including the aforementioned Bullock, Tatum, and Radcliffe, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Oscar Nuñez, Patti Harrison, and Bowen Yang. Brad Pitt also appears.
The film was directed by Adam Nee & Aaron Nee, screenplay by Oren Uziel, Dana Fox, Adam Nee and Aaron Nee, with story by Seth Gorden. The film is produced by Liza Chasin, Sandra Bullock and Seth Gorden, and executive produced by JJ Hook, Dana Fox, Julia Gunn and Margaret Chernin.
