‘Soap Con Live’ to Bring Soap Fans Closer to Their Favorite Soap Stars from the Past and Present

First, there were numerous iterations of Comic-Con which celebrates comic books, movies and primetime television shows, and then there was the colorful “RuPaul’s Drag Con,” and now fans of daytime drama can finally have their own Soap Con with the establishment of “Soap Con Live,” a first of its kind virtual fan experience from the minds of soap lovers for soap lovers seeking to celebrate the genre and connect viewers with their favorite stars from soap’s past and present.

On Saturday, May 1, the inaugural fan event will feature free, virtual panels with Q&As that will stream live via “The Locher Room” YouTube Channel and will give fans a chance to purchase Meet & Greets, Video Greetings and Autographs from their favorite soap stars at SoapConLive.com. Everything kicks off with a panel for “The Doctors” followed by events with stars from “As The World Turns,” “General Hospital” and “One Life to Live.”

A breakdown of the event schedule is as follows:
