With the second impeachment trial of Former President Donald Trump coming to a conclusion on Saturday, February 13, when the United States Senate voted 57-43 to not convict him on the single impeachment article (“incitement of insurrection”), soap fans will once again get the opportunity to watch original episodes of their favorite daytime dramas uninterrupted. A vote of 67 “yay” votes was required in order to convict the former president.

On Monday, February 15, all four daytime soap operas will be airing originals for the first time since impeachment trial proceedings began last week, leaving the broadcast networks to preempt “The Bold and the Beautiful,” “General Hospital” and “The Young and the Restless.” In the case of “Days of our Lives,” the soap aired in markets that program the soap at noon. With their return to originals, here’s what you can expect to see on each soap this week.
