As we finally get ready to close the book on 2020, “The Young and the Restless” will be celebrating the happy occasion with the wedding of Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), and, as with most soap weddings, that means some soapy returns. Enter Eva LaRue and Jason Canela who will reprise their roles as Celeste Rosales and Arturo Rosales, respectively, later this month.

Soap Opera Digest, which first reported the news, says fans can expect to see the duo back onscreen during Sharon and Rey’s New Year’s Eve wedding which begins airing on Wednesday, December 30. Both actors will be on hand the same day.

Canela and LaRue last appeared on the soap in August 2019.
