Despite her lawsuit against CBS and Sony Pictures Television being dismissed by a judge last month, former “The Young and the Restless” actress Victoria Rowell (ex-Drucilla Winters) has officially filed an amended complaint against the two companies citing retaliation and discrimination. “We’ll vigorously prosecute claims,” said Rowell on Twitter.

Rowell first brought suit against the companies, along with Bell Dramatic Serial Company and Bell-Phillip Television Productions, Inc., producers of the daytime drama series and sister soap “The Bold and the Beautiful,” claiming she was “impoverished and blackballed because she had chosen to speak out against the discrimination and injustice that she had endured and witnessed happen to other African Americans” during her time on “Y&R.” She also claimed that she was being prevented possible work on “B&B.”
Word of Rowell’s plan to amend her suit against all parties first came to light last week in a statement released to Soap Opera Digest.
