David Michaels Promoted to Senior Vice President Daytime Emmy Awards and Events

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) announced today the promotion of David Michaels to Senior Vice President Daytime Emmy® Awards and Events. Michaels has been serving as the Senior Executive Director of the Daytime Emmy Awards since August of 2012.

“We are pleased to acknowledge the outstanding work and individual leadership that David Michaels has brought to the organization,” said Bob Mauro, President, NATAS.  “His vision, skill and management of the Daytime Emmy® Awards and his diverse background in television production and events have made him a welcome addition to our NATAS staff.”
