As part of the celebration of the launch of “Tainted Dreams’” new website, the online sudser is hosting a contest in which two lucky fans will be chosen to play extras on the show, which begins filming Monday, July 29 in and around New York City.
But just what kind of story will those lucky winners find themselves in once on set? Show creator (and current “All My Children” supervising producer) Sonia Blangiardo has teased that the character played by “AMC’s” Alicia Minshew (ex-Kendall Hart-Slater) closely mirrors her own life, and some of the other main characters may be slightly recognizable to longtime soap fans. “But I’ll never confirm who they are,” Blangiardo teases. “At least not as long as they are still alive!”
