UPDATE, MONDAY, AUGUST 13 9:08 PM ET: Soap Opera Digest is now reporting that the casting call for this role has been canceled following this weekend’s news of Ronn Moss‘ exit from the drama series.
PREVIOUS, THURSDAY, AUGUST 9 5:59 PM ET: According to Soap Opera Digest, CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” has issued a casting call for a “new, hot guy.” According to the casting breakdown the show is seeking a “Male. Caucasian. 25-28 years old. Heart throb. Very Masculine. Edgy. Not afraid to get the job done. Bit of a cad.” It is a contract role.
Based on the description many on our SON Community Message Boards have been debating if this could actually be a recast of a current character on the soap opera or if it is truly a new character.
