Spinelli goes back to work – but not in the way we are all used to. Maxie is very concerned, but Matt thinks she should let Spinelli live out life in his fantasy.

Nikolas gives Aiden to Lucky and Elizabeth, believing they would be the best parents for Aiden even though he still thinks Elizabeth is lying about the paternity results. After Nikolas leaves Port Charles with Spencer, Lucky gets a surprise visit from Helena Cassadine, ensconced on the Webber couch with his son.

Robin and Patrick narrow down the list of people who almost killed Siobhan during her operation to Elizabeth.

The bitterness of Carly and Jax’s custody battle extends into Sonny and Brenda’s relationship.
