Soap Stars Show Their Feminie Sides at Expo

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — Stars from “One Life to Live,” “General Hospital,” and “Days of Our Lives” will stop by the 8th Annual Connecticut Women’s Expo next month to chat with fans. 

This year’s event will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 11th and 12th.  “OLTL’s” John-Paul Lavoisier (Rex) will be in attendance on Saturday from 1-3 PM ET, while “DAYS” Eric Martsolf (Brady) will be on hand from Noon until 5 PM ET on Saturday and Noon until 4:00 PM ET on Sunday.  “GH’s” Jackie Zeman (Bobbie), meanwhile, will be on hand for the entire weekend.  Each fan who stops by will receive a free personalized autographed photos of their favorite soap star.

The Expo is sponsored by Comast and regularly attracts “over 16,000 women that want to shop for the latest products and services in fashion, beauty, health, nutrition, fitness, financial planning, careers, home, education and much more,” according to a press release.  It is located at the Connecticut Expo Center at 265 Reverend Moody Overpass in Hartford.  A portion of the proceeds from the event will be given to the Connecticut chapter of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure foundation.  ABC Daytime and SOAPnet’s Soap Nation tour are co-sponsoring this year’s festitvities.  Click here for more information.
