(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — “One Life to Live” takes advantage of the popularity of their bi-monthly “More Life to Live” bonus scenes video clips, to take viewers behind the scenes of the popular ABC soap during the online segment’s off weeks. This week, Hillary B. Smith (Nora Hanen) chats with “OLTL’s” Daytime Emmy winning (and presently nominated) design team to see what’s hot in terms of summer fashions.

For nearly a month, the official “One Life to Live” page at abc.com has given fans the opportunity to view selected deleted scenes that wound up on the cutting room via the “More Life to Live” video feature every other week.

Due to the positive response of the bonus scenes, it appears that the brass at “OLTL” have decided to make “More Life to Live” a weekly online segment, with special behind-the-scenes interviews and sneak peaks airing in between the never-before-seen clips.

This week, “More Life to Live” presents a ‘style report,’ in which Hillary B. Smith discusses summer fashions with the “OLTL” design crew. First up in this endlessly mind-numbing video, Smith and Costume Designer Susan Gammie discusses what’s hot and what’s not with regards to scarves. Next, the actress speaks to Assistant Costume Designer David Brooks, who tells her that color to key to men’s fashion trends this summer, with regards to everything from shoes, to belts to sunglasses. Lastly, Associate Costume Designer Sally Lesser takes a look at what’s cool in women’s shoes, revealing that the higher the heel, the more fashionable it appears.

“One Life to Live” airs Weekdays on ABC. Weeknights on SOAPnet. Check local listings.
