Ryan Quan is reportedly returning to “Days of our Lives” as the show’s new co-head writer, replacing Paula Cwikly, who reportedly has decided to retire.

Stephen Oyoung is the latest actor to join the cast of “Days of our Lives,” playing Jason Choi, who has recently learned his daughter, Sophia (Rachel Boyd), is missing.

Though she won’t debut until early 2027, “General Hospital” alum Sofia Mattsson is returning to daytime, this time joining the cast of “Days of our Lives.”

“Days of our Lives” has recast the role of Lexie Carver, the long-thought-to-be-dead wife of Abe Carver (James Reynolds), with newcomer Nikki Crawford. She first airs on Friday, March 6.
