Denise Richards (“The Bold and the Beautiful,” “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”) and her husband, Aaron Phypers, are getting divorced, with Phypers filing the paperwork on Monday in Los Angeles, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason, with their separation date listed as July 4, 2025.
According to TMZ, Phypers is “seeking spousal support from Denise … he estimates she’s grossing over $250,000 a month from OnlyFans, TV, brand deals and appearances … and he says he has no income.”
In the filing, it was revealed that the family’s average monthly expenses were $105,000 a month, including $20,000 on clothes, $18,000 on rent, $15,000 on dining out, $15,000 on entertainment, $10,000 on groceries and another $8,000 on utilities, with Richards “footing the bill.” Meanwhile, he is asking the court to confirm property he claims to solely own, particularly, “power tools, a 2018 Indian Dark Horse motorcycle and a Ford Shelby GT500.”
Richards and Phypers were married on September 8, 2018, and would be the second divorce for both as Richards was previously married to actor Charlie Sheen (“Two and a Half Men”) and Phypers was married to actress Nicollette Sheridan (“Desperate Housewives,” “Knots Landing”).
Earlier this year, Richards and Phypers starred in a new Bravo reality series called “Denise Richards and Her Wild Things,” a half-hour comedic docuseries that Richards also executive produced, which gave viewers an inside look at her complicated and unpredictable family life. Her daughters, Sami Sheen, Lola Sheen and Eloise Richards, were also featured.
During a 2021 appearance on “The Talk,” Richard said her marriage to Phypers “has shown us what we’re both made of. And it’s been a beautiful blessing because I have a beautiful partner and we can go through anything together.”
On “The Bold and the Beautiful,” Richards portrayed Shauna Fulton, a fun-loving, hard-working, single mother from Las Vegas who got romantically entangled with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), among others.
