On Thursday, March 20 and Friday, March 21, CBS’ lineup consisting of “The Young and the Restless,” “The Bold and the Beautiful,” “Beyond the Gates” and “Let’s Make a Deal” will be preempted due to the network’s annual coverage of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, better known as March Madness.
Although the four shows will not be aired, fresh episodes return on Monday, March 24. Meanwhile, “The Price is Right” will air uninterrupted in its regular timeslot on the East Coast (11:00 a.m. ET), while on the West Coast, it’ll air at 2:00 p.m. PT, subject to the end of sports coverage on CBS.

On Thursday, the first featured game will be Creighton vs. Louisville as the No. 8 Cardinals battle the No. 9 Blue Jays during the first round of the NCAA Tournament. This will be followed by a game from the Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY, with Auburn vs. Saint Francis/Alabama St.
Friday will see CBS carry the first round game featuring Baylor vs. Mississippi State, with Baylor making its sixth straight appearance in the Big Dance, a run that includes a national championship in 2021. Following the game, the network will carry coverage from the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, N.C., with Duke vs. Mount St. Mary’s/American.
