Make sure to tune into the Friday, November 10 episode of CBS’ “The Talk” when “The Young and the Restless” star Eric Braeden (Victor Newman) appears for the first time since he was featured in a segment shown from behind the scenes of the daytime drama series during the Tuesday, March 21 episode, wherein co-host Jerry O’Connell spoke with cast members in celebration of the show’s 50th anniversary.
In August, Braeden announced he was cancer free, nearly four months since he first revealed he had been diagnosed with bladder cancer.
“I want to talk to you tonight because I want to tell you I’m grateful for all of your good thoughts and your prayers,” said Braeden in a Facebook video, which ran for nearly 26 minutes. “It’s meant a great deal to me, and I can tell you it obviously has helped because I had my last cystoscopy two days ago – that’s when they thread a camera into your bladder – and I’m cancer free! They couldn’t find a damn thing.”
“The Talk” airs weekdays at 2:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. PT on CBS and is also available to Stream Live and on Demand on Paramount+.
