On the Friday, September 23 episode of “The Talk,” co-host Amanda Kloots announced that throughout the show’s 13th season, fans can expect to see exclusive sneak peek clips from upcoming episodes of CBS daytime dramas “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “The Young and the Restless.”
The first clip provided was a look at the Monday, September 26 season premiere episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful,” wherein Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) from “The Young and the Restless” heads to Los Angeles to meet up with her old friend Eric Forrester (John McCook) and the two discuss an original Forrester design to be worn by Nikki’s granddaughter, Summer (Allison Lanier). Also in the scene are Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
When asked by Steffy if she planned to stay in L.A. for a few more days before heading back to Genoa City, Nikki notes she would be heading back soon, but not before making a quick stop first — a meeting with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) to discuss Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
It’s understood that most sneak peek clips shared on “The Talk” will be played during episodes primarily featuring actors from the daytime dramas, both of which this season celebrate several milestones. “Y&R” is entering its 50th season, airing a special anniversary episode in March 2023, and “B&B” will air its 9000th episode in April 2023.
