“The 12th Annual Indie Series Awards” will be taking place tonight, April 7, starting at 7:00 p.m. PT/10:00 p.m. ET from the Colony Theatre in Burbank, CA with Patrika Darbo (“Days of our Lives,” “The Bold and the Beautiful”) and Anna Maria Horsford (“The Bold and the Beautiful”) set to co-host.
Scheduled to present are Kristos Andrews, Anthony Anderson, Jillian Clare, Erik Fellows, Cady Huffman, Brandon Tyler Jones, Ashlee Kegler-Lee, Ilene Kristen (“One Life to Live”), Kate Linder (“The Young and the Restless”), Kira Reed Lorsch, Mike Manning (“Days of our Lives”), Lauren B. Martin (“As The World Turns”), Marybeth Massett and Jason Stuart, among others. Mallory Rose Diekmann will serve as this year’s Trophy Ambassador, the individual entrusted with handing out crystal trophies in 34 categories during the ceremony.
Dramas “Anacostia” and “The Bay” lead the pack, each with 15 nominations, followed by comedy “The Amazing Gayl Pile: Last Resort” with 14 nominations.

Roger Newcomb and Susan Bernhardt serve as producers of the independently produced entertainment awards show which was founded in 2009.
